"And just how would a Libertarian government have dealt with the post 9/11 islamic-terroristic world?"

Any consideration of Libertarianism went down the sh!tter, when shortly after 9/11/2001 Harry Browne opened his mouth.

That did it. It showed me the weak minds of these Monday morning, minor party philosophers. Puny minded writers and talkers.

If I recall, the platform is: abortion at will, drugs for all, open borders, and blame America first on foreign policy (as Browne did). Really swell.

Both of the clowns are big spenders. We get the inflation, no matter what the money is spent on. Both will continue the war and probably spread it to Iran. This will require a draft. They are truly both horrible choices and Badnarik is the one and only hope this year.

You push so hard for this guy, I'm beginning to think you are Badnarik ("the one and only hope" to get Kerry elected, maybe)...and Mr. Badnarik, someone who lives with his mother has no business calling anyone else a "clown".

So what you're saying is you have convictions but when the chips may fall differently, you then have no convictions?

Not at all. What I'm saying is that I will not "cut off my nose in spite (of) my face." Does a Libertarian cantidate have even the slightest chance of taking the MO state electors? None whatsoever. Does Kerry have a chance of take the MO state electors? You bet he does! I've got a terrible feeling that this is going to be a very close election, and I want to try to be sure that at least one of my votes for a federal office will count. I live in a congressional district where (again) I don't think that a conservative has ever been elected to any office, let alone representative. I used to vote against Alan Wheat, then Carolyn McCarthy, and now (probably) against Emmanuel Cleaver. Simply put, my vote does NOT count in the congressional elections. However, my vote may very well count in the presidential election this time. Missouri is strong supporter of Bush, except for the 3 main cities (St Loius, KC, and Columbia), and unfortunately, those are the population centers... Usually, I use my vote to "send a message," but that's not going to happen this time. I don't even want to think about a "President Kerry!"

Mark

The choice is between anchovy pizza and extra anchovy pizza.

So why not join people who think for themselves - we're going out for ribs.

You don't have to choose between two professional-parasite politicians who have no intention of supporting your principles or interests, even though the KoolAid Krowd would have you think otherwise.

From one Libertarian to another, you will be disappointed. Bush is not significantly different from Kerry on any important issue.

*sigh* I know. Except Bush might delay the islamists a bit more.

With luck, long enough for the American people to recognize 'The Religion Of Peace' -Bush's term- as a real enemy.

With Kerry, we'd be crushed before we [the sheeple] knew what happened.

Vann de haag explained that with a regular totalitarian the government can do whatever it wants and with the Libertarian the individual can do whatever he wants (including child molestation).

So Vann de haag is retarded. Why would you listen to a retard?

Well , thank God Bush closed the borders, eh?

Losertarians are worse than the French.

Every Libertarian I know voted for Bush in the last election, and will be voting for Bush in this one.

I think Gore would be president today if not for Libertarians.

Libertarians are like homeowners who want to burn the family house down because the paint job came out badly.

give him a strong Republican Congress, with more Republicans, so that in his 2nd term he really can have a better chance to implement a more conservative agenda

I see no indication Bush has in mind a more-conservative agenda, and I don't think I want to risk more of the liberal, free-spending, government-expanding, Constitution-assaulting crap he's inflicted on us in his first four years. Governmental gridlock is far preferable.

I look at Bush's record, and I'm not impressed. Killing terrorists is a function of the job, not the man, and is not optional. Virtually all of his other positions stink.

I am anxious to hear "the rest of the story" from the bush campaign.

So far all we've gotten, at least here in Ohio, has been negative kerry ads.

I have yet to see or hear an ad that states what our president promises to accomplish if reelected.

I'd love to hear about the plan.
