Okay, I downloaded FLASH and got the music only. Then I tried again and got the first page but the picture won't loop. Please let me know if you hear any solutions to getting this.
In the meantime, I notice that Josh Grodan is the singer, and he's the new sensation that many women are swooning over. I'm glad to see that he's for Dubya. I know several libs who would be very upset to learn this. Snicker

Hello, this is Chris Byrne, the person who created the President Bush tribute. I saw your post at freerepublic.com and was surprised to hear about some sort of obscene language being in my tribute. I did not put it in there and really have no idea why anyone would be blocked from viewing this thing. Let me know if you have any insight on this thing. Thanks.

Alright, I'm new to this web site, so sorry about the last post, I thought I was only sending it to one person. Now I have reviewed all the posts about my tribute and am absolutely stunned that there are some sort of "meta tags" that contain the F word attached to something that I created. If anyone knows how this could have happened without my knowledge and how to remove them, please be sure to let me know. I am not responsible for these things being attached to the video.
Second, I was asked by Warner Brothers to remove the song from the video because I did not receive permission to use it. I initially created this tribute simply to show to a few friends of mine and to my family. It became quite popular and after thousands and thousands viewed it, Warner Brothers sent me a nice email.
So if any of you have been sending it out, please stop. If any of you have linked it from a site of your own, please remove it. The last thing I need is a huge law suit because I put together a little video to help our President.
I thank you all for understanding and want you all to know I am not some disrespectul and ignorant kid that put these words in my video. I have no idea how to do it, nor would I want to. The message of this video is exactly what you see. That is how I feel. This other stuff disturbs me and I am sorry it has given some of you trouble when trying to view it. Thanks again.

Sorry for all of these posts, but when my name gets used for something I had nothing to do with, I get fired up, as I am sure you can all imagine.
I have found out what happened....
My video was linked to RepublicanGear.com. If you check the source file, the foul language that you've all spoken about is located in there. I did not write that source file, nor do I have any connection to this web site, other than them having my video on their page, which is about to change.
I am disappointed to hear about all of this, but had nothing to do with it again. Thanks, just wanted to let you know why all this happened.

If you can rework it with a new song, I recommend that you send it to the RNC or the Bush/Cheney campaign to use as an ad.

You might want to check with ASCAP about getting a waiver or something that allows you to use the music for not for profit use. Also, if you check around here at FR, you might find some people/person that is familiar enough with muscic/song rights to help you...if you are inclined. Also, there are plenty of patriotic songs and hymns that are public domain, nobody "owns" the rights anymore so anyone can use them...
I get such a choked up feeling when I think about our President, his faith and values inspire millions every day. Thanks for taking the time to speak your mind in your own way. With young men like you and your friends, our country will be in good hands for years to come.

First of all it's a great video---there is nothing wrong with the video itself.
HOWEVER, on the web page where it is being hosted (http://www.republicangear.com), there are a significant number of obscene words "hidden" in the background. These words do not show up when you view the web page on the browser, but they do cause web filtering software to flag it as pornographic and obscene.
Basically, whoever designed the web page put a bunch of hidden words into it in hopes of boosting its presence in various search engines.
If you open up the above web page, and then select "View Source" in your browser, and scroll down to the bottom, you'll see what I'm talking about.
