I apologize for the inconvenience, but Heinz-Kerry shut down "The Waffle House on my previous webhost. I friend of mine called to say that my site had vanished. At first, I thought I had exceeded my bandwith and whipped out my trusty credit card to buy more bandwith (The Waffle House was reaching 600 visitors a day and 25,000 page views in 5 months). I went to my web host and was notified that my website had been shut down for a TOS violation and/or impending legal action. Guess I struck a nerve with Kerry, Heinz and their minions. They have also taken away my domain name heinzkerry.org, which is my property that I paid for. John Kerry just kicked the wrong dog. I will keep exposing Teh-Ray-Zah and her French poodle. I want to thank everyone for supporting "The Waffle House" and I apologize for this very temporary inconvenience. Chris Williams Webmaster of "The Waffle House"

If they get away with this, they can start to close down every site that is not pro Kerry. This one might be next. That site was silly and played songs making fun of Kerry. It also had original ads and just had comments on Kerry's service record, etc.
I'd consider it a high honor to be shut down by that moonbat.

Call a lawyer. Your ISP cannot do this without a specific ruling as a result of an I-CANN complaint filed by Mrs Heinz-Kerry.

I think you should also let the RNC know -- GOP.com has been pretty good these days in unmasking Kerry and the Democrats.
Sorry for the confusion, this is not my site. This is being reported in blog world and I thought you all would be interested. I did take all your suggestions and contacted Drudge, Rush and the Republican National Committee. They can look into it. The real concern is that Theresa is involved with shutting down this pro Bush site. I think it's run by college kids.
Did you get permission from Waffle House, Inc. to use their registered logo? If not, I can understand them filing a TOS complaint and your previous hosting company pulling your site.
I will gladly provide free hosting and very significant bandwidth for a return of The Waffle House.

I own my own small business (Auto Body Shop) and just today I had a customer pull up in a Volvo, she was most likely looking for an estimate. She started to open the office door, but she must have seen the Bush/Cheney/04 sticker in the corner of my Garage door and started to walk away. I opened the door and asked if I could help and she said "No Thanks, not with that Bush sticker on your door" I immediately responded by saying... "I thought you liberals were all about the 1st Amendment" She cursed me and began to pull off, and just as I saw the tail lights of her car, I saw not one, but two Kerry/Edwards stickers on her tailgate :-)
Without double standards... Liberals wouldn't have any!
