Oh, I know you are right, Mrs. Tiggywinkle. It's just so upsetting to me that someone with the kind of character to make an attack like that might be our president.

But seriously, I lost weight for the first time ever during the 2000 election fiasco because I couldn't eat. For me, that was phenomenal.

OK.......gotta tell you all this. The President was AMAZING......MAGNIFICENT!! He talked off the cuff for an hour, interviewed several people, and then took 7 questions, and ONE of them was from none other than MY DAUGHTER!!!!

Here he is answering her.......

She told him that as a Christian young person, it was encouraging to have a leader who was so open about his faith (which elicited a standing O from the crowd!!), and then asked him if being a man of faith was beneficial to him as he did his job, and how??

PROUD!!! (He answered it BEAUTIFULLY!!)

That's ALL I've got.......there will probably be some from Michigan later, but I've got to head to a Bush/Cheney steering committee meeting, and I am PUMPED!!

We were out there today with like-minded folks to support our GWB, even though we couldn't get into the town hall meeting. It was great to counter the nuts who were there!

I lost ten pounds during the re-count. I think it was because I lived on coffee, cigarettes, and gin. LOL!

The Florida recount and the democrats' disgraceful behavior keeps me on track, even when I disagree with some of President Bush's decisions. On balance, he has done a great job, and I know he loves this country and its people. John Kerry is the polar opposite and should never be considered for CIC.
