Do you know anyone that has ever participated in one of these Household Surveys?No, and likewise I do not know anyone who has ever participated on a Payroll Survey.
As for your insinuation that the Household survey would be akin to a Zogby poll, I feel that is it the Payroll Survey which is skewed.
Large corporations are in bed with the bureaucracy much more than households, and would therefore be more likely to fudge their numbers when talking to the government.
