I once worked for a Stanley Steamer franchise.

Yep, it is often hard work for sure.

Made pretty good money and hours if I recall. It was a long time ago.

Our customers, if they had dealt with big outfits like Stanley Steemer, prefer us because we're cheaper, with the same results.

Advantage of not being part of a big franchise, not that those don't have their place...

No, and likewise I do not know anyone who has ever participated on a Payroll Survey.

As for your insinuation that the Household survey would be akin to a Zogby poll, I feel that is it the Payroll Survey which is skewed.

Large corporations are in bed with the bureaucracy much more than households, and would therefore be more likely to fudge their numbers when talking to the government.
