Furthermore, those comments were made in the heat of a campaign when there was a viable, alternative candidate available for conservatives to choose. Dr. Keyes' comments about Bush being "the bullet that kills you" and trying to decide how much evil he could get away with, and his comments about "I am not a Bush Republican!" were not made during the heat of a campaign.
They were made within a few months after the last election, when the Democrats were still complaining that President Bush had "stolen" the election, and so President Bush was being assailed both from the left and from the far right.

Please. Making jokes about a person's name is so very fourth grade.
It shows that you lack substantive arguments. There are so many to be made here, conservatives must avoid jeuvenile name-calling.
Besides, insinuating that someone's last name makes them unfit for office is un-American. We don't look at a person's ethnic background, only their character. Or do you?

I look at the persons character. It is one so filthy, so corrupt, so worthless, soooo UNAmerican that to make fun of his stinking name is the least I can do to someone who advocates killing 3000 unborn babies every day. To someone who even advocates killing babies AFTER they are born. To someone who would take away guns from those who abide by the law and leave them defenseless against those who don't. To someone who want our children to grow up thinking homosexuality is good!
Hey you can be civil and nice and compassionate and kind and gentle to scum like this, but I won't.
Matter of fact if the Jews would have been more outspoken against Hitler, they might have stopped him. They choose to by civil against someone who wanted to kill by the millions. Democrats and liberals support killing innocent life by the millions, and have been doing it for decades.
Don't respond to the uncivil with civility. It could be bad for your health.

Obamasama the democratic keynote speaker is running against Alan Keyes.
If you attack Keyes, you are helping the democrats and the liberal baby killing, homo-loving, gun grabbing crowd.
It makes me sick, frankly.

If you attack Keyes, you are helping the democrats and the liberal baby killing, homo-loving, gun grabbing crowd. And when Keyes attacks Bush, he is doing the same.
But...that's apparently okay!

Hey Chi-townChief I get the Star Newspaper and I have to say this Houlihan guy is something else. Have you seen his picture? Jeez he looks like he has rabies.
Anyways I don't even bother reading his columns after he went after Ashburn Baptist Church for a month straight. He was on a mission to try and destroy Pastor Lyons and Ashburn Baptist Church those of you in the area are probably familiar with the story.
The only reason I still get the Star is because of the police blotter. And I like my local news. But other than that I could care less what Houlihan the psychotic leftist editor has to say.
