Here's something more on the Boston Globe story claiming that its reporter Kranish was not connected to the Kerry/Edwards official campaign bio:
BOTH THE OLD KRANISH COVER AND THE NEW KERRY/EDWARDS COVER HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISBN NUMBER ACCORDING TO THE PUBLISHER, AMAZON, AND BARNES AND NOBLE. If these sites are accurate, the books are connected as revisions!
ISBN's are unique identification numbers given to every book that comes out for identification purposes. No two different books have the same ISBN. Only books that are identical do. If the numbers are accurate this should mean that, just as the New York Daily News published, the new Kerry/Edwards book is a revised substitute for the Kranish one. In other words, Drudge and all the others who originally reported on Kranish's tie to the project were right.
Compare them and you will see they are one and the same:
ISBN FOR KRANISH COVER ACCORDING TO BARNES AND NOBLE: 1586483145
ISBN FOR KRANISH COVER ACCORDING TO PUBLISHER SITE CACHE: 1-58648-314-5
ISBN FOR REVISED KERRY EDWARDS COVER ACCORDING TO PUBLISHER SITE RIGHT NOW: 1-58648-314-5
ISBN FOR REVISED KERRY EDWARDS COVER ACCORDING TO AMAZON: 1586483145

Lying A*s Liberals! How novel....NOT! It;s the POS's M.O.
Kerry is in overload cleaning up their website from Berger and Wilson too
Can't someone just look at the books and see if they are the same?
Thankfully we have google cache to keep a record of it all!
This is why I love the internet, 10's of thousands of investigative reporters unleashed.
Kerry's response: "I was in Vietnam!"
They haven't gone to press yet. The "revised" cover that doesn't mention Kranish is due out in September I think. Looks like Kerry had them pull the plug, so to speak, on Kranish's involvement when it turned out he could be more useful running fabricated attacks on the swift boat ads in his newspaper.
Beats the heck out of waiting for the "REAL" journalists to do their jobs. This and the Swift Vets should be headliners. Instead, all we hear is Kerry repeating that 'the economy hasn't turn the corner - it's going 'rounf in circles.'
No! "I was in Cambodia!"
So, what does this mean? Can Kranish or the Globe be held liable for something?
Barnes & Noble Sales Rank: 25,792
This can't be. The terribly brainy liberals at the Boston Globe can't be that stupid. Also, don't forget that liberals never lie. They hate lying, you know.
Good find!
Kerry should figure out that means it will come from behind and bite him the a$$ come November.
Ping!
Now that's interesting. I'm trying to remember who here posted a thread saying Drudge owed Kranish an apology. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that something having to do with Kerry is one thing then another then another.
Except for Christmas 1968, when I crossed the frozen Mekong to attack the Hessians who were still sleeping off their drunken Christmas Eve revels. Then I was in Cambodia. But I hurried back to Vietnam the next day, in spite of my serious rice wounds, wondering all the while, "why don't they court martial me?"
Hugh Hewitt went one better and said that Kranish should sue Drudge.
