Christopher Burnett, San Francisco Oh, yeah. Don't fool yourselves, gentlemen -- Hillary Rodham Clinton is headstrong, ambitious and tough. I'll put my money on the New York senator in 2008. She's got my vote. I think it's not likely... The name that comes up most often is Hillary Clinton, and as sexist as it may sound, I believe she is damaged goods. Yes. Today people want peace, and a woman would think of war as a last resort, utilizing her intuitive powers rather than the male's dominant, aggressive ego...

You do realize that, after W wins in November, he can't run in '08.
LOL! That's for sure.
And we have kerryedwards bozos who want a more "sensitive war."
Empress of the World. One little old country ain't big enough for her highness.
Actually, do you know where women's "intuitive powers" come from?
They evolved from millions and millions of years of not thinking!
*grinning, while ducking and running for cover*
Not in MY lifetime. Especially if Kerry gets in. With Bush, there's a good chance that the terrorists will be taken down enough that the American people "might" think about a woman president, but with Kerry.....no way. We'll all be so tramatized by terrorist hits that there is no a chance in the world the country would elect a woman president.
No. And there will be no female Prime Minister of Australia in my lifetime, either.
Both political systems are biased against females, sad to say...
Oh the humanity!
I'd like to see Giuliani take the Senate seat from Hillary. If she still wants to run for President after losing an election, bring her on.
There really ought to be some kind of serious punishment for posting that picture.
LOL. Just make sure you do a good job. Being in a vegatative state in the hospital post-Shrillary socialized medicine might = Soylent Green.
Unless there is a clone of Margaret Thatcher, I certainly hope not.
Naw. If I were writing a book about the coronation, it would include an October surprise plane crash with Edwards, Pennsylvania going Bush after Republicans rig machines in Philadelphia to only count each vote once, Florida going Kerry, New Hampshire going Kerry, giving Kerry 270 to 268. After Hilliary gets the nod for VP, but before the electoral college vote, Kerry also meets his maker. But the votes are in the mail. Now, if I want a tragedy, HR gets all 270 votes. If I want a happy ending, two brave souls vote otherwise. Then the Senate picks the Vice-President, and chooses Chaney over Rodham.
In the House, it takes 26 states to name a President, and we have a Constitutional crisis. Kerry has 270 votes, but he's dead. Chaney is clearly legally the Vice-President, and had Kerry lasted until January 20th, he'd clearly be President. It turns out the two electors who voted against HRC did so to keep Kerry's life insurance from cancelling him, to no avail.
To you legal eagles: in this scenario, do the electors get a do-over? If so, what happens to the two dead electors' votes? If it goes to the House, and the House is divided against itself, does the election stand? As I recall, the top three go to the House. Suppose a D voted for Nader and an R voted for Badnarik. Would the House choose Bush in that case? All weird questions, I know, but I'm counting on you.
I want Clair Wolfe to be Presideent.
I wished Guiliani would run. Can't think of anybody else in NY at this moment. I'm afraid that for as long as she lives, she will try. Grrrr...20 more years of Hill and Bill?
I have a very liberal friend who would vote for any Dem, but can't stand Hillary. Her likability factor may be key.
But yes, she will try.
Hitlery was already co-President, so I'm sure she thinks she's eminently qualified.
In 1992, she said:
"If you vote for my husband, you get me; it's a two-for-one, blue plate special."
My grandmother who is 89 went to a church social a few weeks ago. She said that her friends were buzzing about The Passion and about the upcoming Presidential election.
She called me later that evening all upset. She said that her best friend who drives her everywhere told her that there was NO WAY she would drive my grandmother to vote this year. I asked my grandmother what had happened that would possess that sweet woman to say such a thing?
She said, "Well, I told her that I thought Bill Clinton was sexy."
LOL - it appears LNM lost her sense of humor awhile ago.
You must have missed the post to me calling me a laughing boy who needs new material.
Unlike some guys, I don't archive all of your posts.
I still don't get it.
What the hell is going on with your personal site??? If you have infected my computer, I will flame you to the ends of the Earth!!!!
Click on your name on a send and you will see what I mean.
It says you have been suspended and when you click "okay" it takes you to what looks like "itunes."
I'm not kidding...I think you know me from around here.
No, she's going for Auntie Antichrist.
I sent an abuse message for you...I think you need to follow up. FReepmail me if you need more info on what I saw.
It's perfectly safe.
I'd vote for Margaret Thatcher.
What do you mean? It says your account is suspended.
Oh, good grief. That was ages ago.
You goof ... how did you manage to dredge up this year old thread and then trick me into posting to it?
PS: Your FR home page rocks ... I thought about making mine like that too. What is the MP3 of the acoustic guitar? Is that you?
...well...just a heads-up...I sent it to the Admins...you might want to follow up and make sure it's cleared up. I was surprised myself.
Oh...just damn...didn't see that it was a 2004 post...I bet you're fine now...
Sorry...just looking out for you....
I did it as a joke for a fellow freeper after coming home from a bar - so I just kept it.
It rocks ... I almost made mine that way (and the mods almost did it a time or two as well :)
what is the mp3 guitar thingy? is it you?
Yeah - read the "bar story" above ;)
I guess my opinion of you has changed from "someone I would try to protect" to "someone who exploits FReeper trust."
I guess that would fall into the "jerk" category.
I can't find a bar story, but I did see that you claim to be 86 ... I am confused ...
Please drop all opinions you've ever had of me - thanks.
