Democrat presidential hopeful John Kerry and his wife got into a heated argument after a campaign rally in Arizona Sunday night -- a heated argument so hot they spent the night in different rooms!
A well-placed law enforcement source tells DRUDGE how Kerry and Teresa Heinz moved to separate suites at Flagstaff's Little America Hotel.
"It was a cooling off, nothing more," says a top source.
The stress of the campaign and the nonstop tour of battleground states is taking a toll on the Kerrys.
Teresa Heinz Kerry has been confiding in staffers how the tour is just "nonstop movement" and how there "is no time just to 'be.'"

That was my guess. Theresa is no dummy, and these questions about the veracity of Kerry's claims of heroism must be getting to her. Actually, I bet that he criticized her for forgetting where she was that day and she let him have it about not knowing where he was on that Christmas Eve that he claimed he was in Cambodia.

Didn't she say in the beginning that she didn't want him to run and was less than supportive initially?
She's probably fed up by all of the negative publicity that they're both getting. That's not to say they don't deserve it. But a diva like TaRAYzah probably isn't used to this kind of treatment.

She`s said MANY times that she doesn`t want to be first lady, and I highly doubt that she would move into the White House. I mean the way she lives, that would be like moving into a tent. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Mrs. Heinz hot-tailing it back to one of her mansions here shortly for some much needed "R&R".
