I'm pretty sure the mosque and Sadr and his militia are already surrounded. This group would have to punch thru the Marines to get inside far enough to create this human shield circle-jerk.
Truly sad to see the thinking mechanisms of thousands of people suppressed and brainwashed for over 35 years. All this mess with Sadr is just tribal fighting on steroids.
