Looks like he's going after the Buchanan vote.
Nader is an Arab but he was born here.
His parents were Lebanese immigrants, so I would assume that anti-Semitism is somewhat ingrained in him. I don't know what his religion is, though I doubt he is practicing regardless of his faith.
We won't need Nader to take votes from Kerry. He's just another Kerry problem. Kerry is not even close to the caliber of candidate the Dems would need to beat George Bush this year.
I think you are probably right. I'm beginning to sense that the only reason Kerry is in the race is to insure that Hitlery has a clear slate in four years.
He IS taking votes from Kerry with this kind of talk.

He is an American, I am sorry to say. From what I remember, he is of Lebanese descent.
This will end quick, someone's going to mention to Abe that giving Nader publicity as a Anti-Semite is going to siphon off more of the Kerry supporting anti-Semite vote, and that, that would be a travesty.

Lebanon used to be mostly Christian. Majority of Lebanese immigrants are Christian as were parents of Nader.

I am surprised that Buchanan isn't his veep choice. Most Americans would not be able to tell which one of them wrote a hate oped or article if the name and magazine was removed from the oped/article.

I'm sure that you hear from the mouths of liberals in Seattle the same vile anti-Semitism trash talk that we hear from liberals in the N California area. If I just let a liberal go on an insane rant against GW and not interupt. Most will go on an anti Israel/Jew tirade before finishing their rant. Then I interrupt and say, "You dare to call us Nazis. Look at the mirror to see a real Nazi!"
Then, I leave them looking like a stunned ox while blabbering they aren't Nazis.
Yes, think of the late Danny Thomas. There's a great children's hospital, St. Jude, in Memphis thanks to his promise to God and all his fundraising efforts. There were a lot of fine Lebanese Christians that immigrated.
