When this complaint is rejected, the Swift Vets should characterize as complete vinidcation of their claims. This would throw it right back at Kerry.
I remember when Kerry testified before the committee in Washington. His lies and the lies of his friends demoralized millions of Americans. Because of his lies and the lies of the left, they allowed the Communists to slaughter millions of innocent people, as Americans turned against the war and demanded we withdraw and let the Communists take over.
Kerry is evil, and the blood of many innocents, including the blood of many in our own soldiers is on his head. Four months in Vietnam and then home to lie and defame America and the American military. I am surprised the man could run for dog catcher and get two votes. He is no hero, in my opinion even without the SWIFT incidents.

So the vets are starting to get under his skin. This poor soul is damned either way! Har! Har! Har! What trash he is. Sedition at the least, Treason if we had a real government- and he aspires to the highest office. I remember those days and I would not go out of my way to spit on him and/or Jane Fonda.
This is a ploy to make it look like they're doing something in the legal arena in order to allow their supporters to claim that they are suing. They don't have anything that they can bring in court without risking sanctions, so they engage in this maneuver, which is purely for show.
