You sound like a scared child.

Too bad you are such easy mark
for the nazi/commie propagandists.

If you understood "coordination"
under CFR, you'd stop this
mindless hysteria.

I think Kerry would rather jettison Moveon.org than face any more from the SwiftBoats Vets. The SwiftBoat Vets ads are the most devastating thing I've seen in politics, ever. Ever.

Anybody who doesn't play by the rules is asking to be disqualified.

In eight years of Clinton, the "rules" were adhered to.....yeah.

"Rules" are for the soon-to-be footnotes of history. Either you match the opposition in their tenacity and creativity or you lose. We see what our invertebrate Republicans playing by the rules has done for the conservative movement and for this country in the US Senate.

To borrow from Goldwater, 'Gutlessness in the pursuit of playing fair is no virtue'.

True.

And, the willingness of so many on our side to bend over and grab their ankles is sickening.

There's nothing there remotely
connected to what CFR is about.

I will not be scared out of my
freedoms by nazi/commie thugs/
propagandists.

I'm certain you're ignorant of
the law you keep whining about.

Would you kindly point to where I claimed any particular expertise on CFR, or get off my ass??

There's nothing there remotely connected to what CFR is about.

Kerry and Trial Lawyer Inc. are not only attacking the right to speak freely, but they're also attacking freedom of association. They'd prefer to force any dissenter's to remain silent and locked in their homes.
ANOTHER good reason to vote against John Kerry.

Oh, I am so glad that you're an expert on the recent changes to campaign finance laws. Please enlighten us.

This from someone who has ZERO
factual legal knowledge, but had
to blare a Kerry propaganda page
& headline the words:

"SMOKING GUN?"

Thanks txrangerette we have had a kickass week and I hate to see the rats get any ground at all. I feel the momentum is all ours at this point and after the convention it should be ours to lose.

You are whining in fear of a law
being broken or an appearance of
it, which you wouldn't be doing
if you understood coordination
means media ads under CFR - not
some locals who agree on being
pro-USA conducting a rally.

Where did I claim you claimed
any expertise?

Zero legal knowledge? I think you might have the shoe on the wrong foot. I have been a lawyer for 17 years.

Are you a lawyer? My guess is no . . . .

Most lawyers I know are sorta humble about areas of law that they don't specialize in. The rules on electioneering by 527s are sort of up in the air. The FEC has deferred acting on the proposed Thomas-Toner rules until 2005. But maybe you know all about that already so can enlighten us . . . .

Like-minded people in this country can still get together. That's what political rallies are there for, stupid. And not even the CFR proponents want to have those banned, yet. To prove co-ordination, the Kerry campaign is going to have to provide evidence beyond mere coincidence. This proves nothing other than that the Swift Boat Vets share patriotic values with other Americans. Last I heard, expressing the sentiment isn't a crime in this country.

Where do you detect "whining"

What part of "apparent" coordination when the President's people are saying "there is no coordination" not being a good thing do you not understand??

I don't know if this in fact constitutes a violation of CFR, there may not be a dozen lawyers in the Country that understand CFR completely, but I will bet you aren't one of them. I DO know that this LOOKS bad, which should be avoided when possible.
