Front For the Liberation of the Madagascar Dung Beetle.. a noble undertaking indeed. ;-)

This striking scarab beetle Helictopleurus quadripunctatus from the dry forests of Madagascar is one of many scarabs that collect and bury dung on which to rear their larvae. This particular species will utilize only the pellets of dung from the Verreaux’s sifaka, a type of lemur.
