"What office are you going to run for next?"

May that lady's words echo forever through the history of this campaign.

What kind of party would nominate a candidate with all this in his background? Did they think all those millions of vets would forget? Those of us with family and friends who were never accounted for are supposed to just get over it?? Remember Kerry had a hand in that and had the original documenations on live sightings of POW/MIA's SHREDDED but knowing his character, copies were kept but it was the thought that counted. We will NEVER forget what he did in the early nineties concernng POW/MIA's with McCain's collusion, it is seared--seared into the hearts and minds of those who had loved ones just written off like that.

 This Anna said it all. Great Find Dog!

Here’s a Letter to the Editor I just sent to our local rag:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Below is a Letter to the Editor on which I would appreciate your consideration. Please call me if you have questions concerning this submission. Thank you for your consideration.

Also, should you elect to print this letter, please use my email address with my name so anyone that would like to comment may via email.

=======

Kerry Can’t Stand the Heat

Wasn't it John Kerry who recently said "Bring it on" if anyone wanted to scrutinize his often repeated exploits during and after the Vietnam War? That brings to mind a schoolboy picking a fight in school yard and hoping the target doesn’t take him up on it.

Now, 254 of his former Swift Boat crewmates who have signed affidavits and are appearing in Television ads against him took him up on his call out. Former POWs are speaking out stating the congressional testimony John Kerry gave was fodder for the Vietnamese as they were tortured. They took Sen. Kerry up on his attempted intimidation.

Now Mr. Kerry would like them to back off. Using the same analogy he is begging for someone, anyone to make them stop. However, Kerry's actions during and upon his return from Vietnam should not be beyond reproach. His anti-war actions and allegations against veterans should not be shielded from scrutiny.

Instead of taking the “positive approach” that he said he would, Kerry (as most liberals) sees all manner of conspiracies in the opposition. President Bush on the other hand has endured a year of daily lambasting by Kerry surrogates and a willing media partner. I don’t recall President Bush once asking someone, anyone to pull them off.

As a veteran, which type of individual do I want in my foxhole?

=======

Thank you for your consideration. We enjoy and rely on your paper!

Respectfully yours,
Me

I wonder if one of the POW/MIA groups knows what happened to that woman who asked F'n Skerrdy "What office are you going to run for next?"

Why hasn't the New York Times cited this article in its' contemporary coverage of the Kerry campaign? Considering the current controversy with the Swiftvets and Kerry's service in Vietnam it seem it would be relevant. I suppose todays New York Times reporters are too lazy to look in their own archives for stories about Kerry's Vietnam exploits. It couldn't be because they have an agenda, could it? I mean, there is no media bias at the Times, right? They have no interest in who wins this election, right?

From Kerry's FBI file.

Even his fellow comrades in the Vietnam Veterans Against the War figured out he was a phony.

On October 10, 1971, the first source advised that Kerry's speech was received by local VVAW supporters as a clear indication that Kerry is an opportunist with political aspirations.

Therefore, the source advised, support has been withdrawn from the New York City office in general and John Kerry in particular.

The next anti-Kerry ad

Opens in Black with :02 of the first three notes of Taps

We fade up from black to see full length shot of a nice woman in her 50s-60s, not too severe black dress, small string of pearls, standing. She is standing over a grave in a cemetery. There is a small American flag stuck in the ground, near the headstone. There is also a small urn of flowers. She probably brought the flowers.

we hear a lot of birds, etc. nat sound, then the second three notes of Taps.

She turns to camera.

"My name is XXX XXXXX, this is my husband's grave.... and this is a true story.

My husband XXX died from wounds he received as a POW in North Vietnam. While the North Vietnamese were torturing XXX to get information, John Kerry was telling (dissolve to black and white video of long haired Kerry with other hippies) lies about Americans in Vietnam so he could get elected to Congress from Massachusetts."

"XXX knew about John Kerry, because his torturers (disolve to video of POWS in those red and grey prison suits being marched through Hanoi) told him about how much they admired John Kerry, and how much Mr. Kerry was helping them."

narrator medium shot on camera again.

"I even begged John Kerry to stop his lies, but he wouldn't ... (video Kerry as hippie again with campaign signs) because it helped him get elected... in Massachusetts..."

narrator close up. "John Kerry helped the North Vietnamese demoralize American soldiers. Some died because of it. When Mr. Kerry says he's "reporting for duty", who is he working for this time?????

She turns down and looks at grave again.

slow fade to black... last three notes of Taps.
