Here's hoping.
Honest, sincere, seekers of the truth look at both sides in order to see what the big uproar is about. Those that do contrast Kerry and his attack dogs and their rabid attempts to smear the Swifties with the detailed, documented and reasonably presented information of the Swifties.
This is a big time loser for Kerry...as well it should be.
In essence, the Kerry campaign is funding the PR for the swifties.
The best thing Kerry could have done was to ignore it and mitigate the damage to what the Swifites could afford themselves.
But Kerry and his ilk love a lie and so they must attack...and thereby bring more and more attention to the issue...and to the truth.
SOOO very good. Like an intelligent sports bar version of Steyn.
The cool morning mist settled over the Cambodian border. The engine hummed, moving the swift boat slowly through the mined river. They weren't supposed to be here. It wasn't supposed to be this way. An illegal war conducted by President Nixon. It didn't make sense. Everything about this mission was wrong.
Lt. Kerry's mission was an impossible one. Find and silence Colonel Kurtz. Why had Colonel Kurtz fled to Cambodia? What madness had driven him to this? And why had they chosen him?
It didn't matter now. Now he had to find Colonel Kurtz. He had to silence this loose cannon. Something had to be done. Was he the man to do it? He didn't know. The personal demons had haunted him for far too long. He wanted to be patriotic. He needed to be patriotic. But a political career lay in wait for him back in the States.
Suddenly, the swift boat left the air from the thrust of the mine. Lt. Kerry didn't hestitate. He didn't second guess. He floored the throttle in retreat, hearing a scream from the stern. He looked back to see Jim Rassman in the water.
Could he leave him? Jim was just along for the ride. A ride taking them deep into the Cambodian jungle in search of a madman. The second passed, but Lt. Kerry knew he could leave no man behind.
The fifty caliber machine gun fire barked loudly from the shoreline. Then, he remembered it. He reached in his duffle bag at his side and pulled out his 8mm camera. He jerked the steering, turning the boat around and yelling, "Let's go boys. We're only gonna have one take at this!"
:) HA!

Then the Columbian drug interdiction Senate commttee...another J F'n Kerry resume enhancer
So I see Swiftie ads Nos 3 and 4 in the pipe line.
Consider it brung.
If you go to the website and look further down, you will see the remarkable conclusion that Kerry is only 3 points up in California and that Connecticut is quite close also...from this website to Gods ear.
Say what? What poll is this from?
J.F. Kerry, he's a clown
That J.F. Kerry, he's a clown
He's gonna get caught
Just you wait and see
"Why's everybody always pickin' on me?"
Apparently they have something big planned for late September, early October.
I heard a lady on TV, I believe she was supporting Kerry but I'm positive, say something to the effect that we may never know the whole truth about all the allegations. People will just have to listen to both sides and make up their own minds.
In this situation SKerry loses. After claiming loudly that the Swiftees were frauds and liars, and trying mightily to keep them from being heard, if they can't prove that, then people I think, will more likely believe the Swiftees.
Me thinks the Swifites, many of which are sharp Naval Academy Grads...who know Kerry very well...have played him and his campaign like a fiddle.
Poor little terry m, someone should check, I think his diaper
needs changed.
LOL... Great stuff.
Agreed. I did notice that O'Neill (and presumably other officers in his group) are Annapolis grads. I'm sure when they were going through their Annapolis experience they had no idea which surprises life had in store for them, but it looks like they were prepared for their most important challenge and I'm sure Annapolis had a lot to do with that.
