EXACTLY! This is a lawyer's trick...They have filed a suit that says the Bush Campaign is behind the ads. A violation of the law inregards to the 527s. If Bush were to "Order" the ad off this would be proof that ther was a connection. So Bush would be dammed if he "orders" them off and Dammed if he doesn't.
Cleland and Edwards are trying to goad Bush in to doing it.
We saw this before in the OJ trial when F. Lee Bailey goad Chris Darden in to having OJ try on the glove.
