GOP platform pushes amnesty

If there are any deluded souls out there who still believe George W. Bush is a conservative, I invite them to examine the 2004 Republican Party platform on the issue of amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Bush is for it. That makes him a liberal. Worse, he proclaims that the amnesty is not an amnesty. So he is not only a liberal, but a liar as well.

Now, you may want it to mean something other than what it says, but it means exactly what it says.

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.....

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

Learn what commas are for, might help.

You mean that you can be on United States's soil and not be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States?

You just legitimized illegals by insinuating that the United States do not have jurisdiction over them, thus it can't enforce immigration laws the may be breaking by being here.

Maybe if California would quit coming up with crap like licenses for illegals, we could get the matter under control.

I voted for McClintock, just for that reason. Remains to be seen if the Lt. Governor with the help of the assembly will try to get this legislation in through the back door while Arnold is being worshipped at the convention.

If that happens it will be fun to see what Arnold then does.

Mmmm.

If I recall right, it actually says that "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

If your "coma placement" constitutional theory holds up, then the right of the people to keep and bear arms only exists as it pertains to participating in a State-based Militia.

So if they manage to sneak in and get a job that an American won't do (plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc.) it's home free for them. These people are costing us billions, commiting crime and ruining our culture. Americans have been brainwashed by the media and our politicians (both groups who won't lose their jobs to illegals) to accept this invasion. The weak DO NOT survive. These people are bacteria invading a host with the intent to take it over. I've visited Mexico several time AND I WENT BACK HOME.

Bring back the Bracero program, documented guest workers beat illegal aliens by a country mile.

I AM SO TIRED OF HEARING THAT MEXICANS WILL DO THE WORK NO ONE ELSE WILL.
1. That is a bigoted racist statement, equivalent to Black’s made good slaves because they could handle the working in the cotton fields.
2. This country is not a two tier system, for our Constitution says that all men are equal.
3. There is not one job illegals do that I have not done myself.
4. The truth is that Americans will do the jobs, just no for the pay that is offered.
5. Because of our legal system, employers want illegals for they will not sue for sexual harassment or some other BS reason. With illegals they can circumvent our employment rules and regulations.
6. A new study says that illegals work during the day and are Gang Members at night. Crime rates go through the roof where illegals live and work.
7. What part of illegal do you not understand? What part of Criminal Felon do you not agree with.

Sir, that sounds dangerously like Socialism to me. In America we pay workers based on their contribution to the bottom line. It is what the market bears. If Americans do not want to work for those wages they are free to find work elsewhere. And in the meantime, there are a lot of immigrants who would be happy to work for those wages.

Interestingly enough those commas appear to have been absent in the original copies, but that is another argument. We really can't expect much more from modern politicians.

...what we are seeing is what people *REALLY* will lower themselves to *for power* and power over people...look at the RATS fighting the Republicans, while the Republicans (Bluebloods, Rockefellers, Country Clubbers, Moderates, RINOS) and everyone else does it to Conservatives and especially Bible believing Christians, (dare they also live with the Holy Ghost!)

We're running right on script for a HIStoric period, it appears, no thanks to CINOs, RINOS, RATS and AINOs...

...the anti-Christ spirit authors lies, deceit, theft, death, disease and destruction, etc.

All one has to do is determine who wants to deconstruct (destroy our traditional values and delineate the direct words governing us in the Constitution), steal (tax and spend), etc. - and we don't need to label them - we know if they are part of the solution FOR a viable sovereign America or if THEY AREN'T! Why argue with their agendas?

It doesn't take an oath to uphold the Constitution to actually do it (obviously)...and most will whore the Constitution for their own purposes, instead of putting selfishness aside and responsibility to God, Family, Country FIRST ... THEN The PARTY!

We have a society that itself is breeding enemies of America right here amongst us - and people spend precious time rationalizing their deviance from principle to mold reality into their political agenda instead of towards a restored Constitutional Representative Republic...amazing.

You make it sound as if no effort is being made to stop illegal aliens from entering the nation, and that's an insult to the agents risking their lives each and every day to stop them.

Then where did the thousands of illegal aliens come from? Beamed in from the Enterprise?
