"I can't believe they're dumb enough to bring up the film and help its box office." Ah. So you admit that it's dumb to help its box office.

Dirty Underground had posted that "Jaba" was escorted out by Secret Service - any truth to it?

Many of the delegates faced Moore, who was seated in ...
Regardless of which way they were facing, they were facing Jabba the Moore. It's kinda hard not to, as you may imagine.

Filmmaker Michael Moore reacts by flashing the loser sign after being called a disingenuous filmmaker by U.S. Senator John McCain during his speech at the 2004 Republican National Convention at Madison Square Garden in New York, August 30, 2004. Republicans opened their four-day national convention on Monday with salutes to President George W. Bush (news - web sites)'s wartime leadership and repeated reminders of his aggressive response to the September 11, 2001, attacks. REUTERS/Mike Segar US ELECTION

Apparently he tried to enter the convention floor, but had to be escorted away by the Secret Service because he didn't have a pass to actually be on the convention floor.

moore's "sign of the "L"" will cost thousands upon thousands of votes in heartland america, and SHOULD cost his fat a$$ his "job" with the usatoday; journalists (which is his supposed role) REPORT news, they do not MAKE news.

Why am I not surprised USA Today gave that piece of trash credentials? Yeah, he's a professional, alright, but the "lady" part of me won't say at what.
To: MikalM
My letter to Editor at USA Today:
I write in protest of Michael Moore's presence at the RNC as a "journalist" for your organization. Certainly all journalistic credibility flew out the window when the camera rested on him for more than two seconds during Senator McCain's speech, and he mouthed "Two more months," while flashing a victory sign. Such editorial decisions as these are the precise reason I don't - and won't ever again - read your newspaper. For what it's worth. I just couldn't watch that fat dork sit there and not protest.
To: NDJeep
Apparently he tried to get onto the delegate floor, which his press badge didn't authorize, so he was turned around by security. He certainly knew he wasn't authorized to go there, but his M.O. is to obtusely pester security, then act aggrieved later.
