You owe me the 15 IQ points I lost reading that article.

To paraphrase the principal from Billy Madison:

"Mr. Moore, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

"Our side is full of wimps who'd rather compromise than fight. "

The above is a quote from Michael Moore from the article. I told you he hates Democrats as much as Republicans. He actually hates Americans. The loons think he is on their side. He is laughing all the way to the bank. What a gigantic and I mean gigantic loser.

The GOP doesn't reflect Moore's America. Moore's America is an unfair, dark, sinister place....an Orwellian entity, who's citizens suffer under the yolk of Republican oppression and rascism.

Which would explain why people from the corners of the earth line up to emigrate to this "terrible" place.

He doesn't see it as I see it. It IS that shining city on the hill...the hill that I, as a child, longed to see. I emigrated to this extra-ordinary country in 1982 and can safely say that Mr Moore's criticism is based solely and exclusively on a failed political philosophy. All our "ills" can be cured, in Moore's mind by a commitment to socialism...all while making millions from his lies.

The man is a disgrace.

But I have send my email to USA Today telling them how low they have gone with that nasty Michael Moore.

Also to ABC, cause Koppel's program tonight was a piece of crap. I only watched 5 minutes of it.........but I could see where it was going.

Thanks to all for keeping me informed.

One thing is for sure.... John McCain pegged Michael Moore for exactly what he is, and deep down inside even the Liberals knows Michael Moore is a fraud.

The radical Left in this country have latched on to every conspiracy theory that has come down the pike, and an opportunist like Michael Moore is more than happy to take advantage of them with his simplistic factually vacant productions and get rich in the process.

50 years ago, they were known as "Useful Idiots"........ Some things never change :-)

Really, folks. We should be encouraging Moore's so called "writings." He makes our points for us. He's a mediocre writer with a hopeless point here.

Americans, if they're watching, can see these Republicans "acting" normal as Moore would put it and contrast that with the anti-bush protesting crowd wearing pink tutus with godzilla masks and duck feet.

Now, which group looks more like America? uh oh, Mr. Moore. No credibility.

We New Yorkers love Republicans. We have a Republican mayor and governor, a death penalty and two nuclear plants within 30 miles of the city.

Those icky Republican power plants provide the electricity to Moore's Manhattan home and the facilities where he edits his films and videos. But with Moore, maybe a wind farm would be more appropriate ...

I think I may agree.

Consider...

What is a reflection? A mirror image, apparently the same, but opposite. If your hair is parted on the left, your reflection shows in on the right. If you are right handed, and lift your comb, your reflection lifts its comb in its left hand.

Thus, I think the Dems, and Mr. Moore, are by definition a better REFLECTION of America.

Where all polling data shows a majority of Americans, both religious and secular, are supportive of, for example, reigning in the 'abortion culture,' the Dems and their pets are adamantly against it.

Where America honor heroes, the left honors those who pretend to be heroes, whether they be actors or senators.

Where Americans are mostly people of faith, in one form or another, the Dems are overwhelmingly secular, if not actively opposed to faith.

So you see, by considering one definition of 'reflect', Moore may be right.

Even though he's left.

= )

IMHO, of course.

Frankly, I think Michael Moore makes the case for the Party of the Big Tent well for the GOP: Republicans ARE NOT evil; We ARE like most Americans, tolerant of minorities, for civil rights.

We just want less Taxes and to stand for Principals, rather than expedient "moral relativism".

In that, we have a True Leader, who is taking the country in a direction, rather than drifting on domestic and foreign opinion polls.
