You just think that you're mad...they are going to do it here, too (storm our schools and hospitals and kill helpless innocents).

Putin better figure out which side he's on.
Arming Iran with nuclear weapons is unforgivable.

I just saw this on the news and it sickens me deep inside..I have 2 little girls, and all I can think about is those sweet innocent children. These Islamic terrorists are evil incarnate...Just look at the headlines regarding terror in the last 24 hours...sick, sick, sick...and there are idiots in this country that would actually risk putting a wuss like Kerry into office in these dangerous times??

Arming Iran with nuclear weapons is unforgivable. That's why they won't be allowed to get that far.

re: "storm our schools and hospitals and kill helpless innocents"
That is my biggest fear. My wife is a preschool director at a large church and the exposure of her students and staff is staggering. I think we are having more of an effect on would-be terrorists that we realize. It would have been so simple for them to have launched multiplier attacks against school yards, etc. Why haven't they? It's certainly not for lack of wanting to. I feel it's because they realize, especially now with George Bush as head coach, that we would retaliate. If they are indeed as anxious to die for their faith as they say, and if they have thousands and thousands just waiting in line to martyr themselves for the cause, how do you explain the lack of terrorist activity against us. It's easy enough to get into the country. There are plenty of weapons available. 50 of them with a couple of weapons each could wreak havoc on us with a pretty much simultaneous plan of attack. They could kill or wound over a thousand kids in a matter of minutes. I think they don't because they don't have all that many would-be martyrs and they know that we would deal with their heirs in no uncertain terms. I hate to even discuss it, but it really concerns me when I realize how vulnerable we are. Thoughts?

Write your newspapers and call your TV and radio stations demanding that we ARM OUR TEACHERS NOW before the terrorists hit our schoolchildren here.

Chechens are allied to Saudi Arabia not Iran. Iran is Shi'ite and the Chechens are Sunni.

I guess you missed where most of the 9-11 hijackers came from.

It seems to me that every county, even France, has its limits. We reached our limits on 9/11, although a lot of us seem to have forgotten the lesson already. Russia, may be about to reach their limit too. These animals have roamed around the world for years and years delivering their brand of religion using terrorist tactics and they've really never paid a price for it. They are starting to pay a price now, thanks mostly the USA. We've stirred up their nests and messed with their money supply to the point where all they can is threaten 'terrible' consequences. True, they can kidnap innocent civilians and behead them, but other than that there's not much they can do without communications, leaders, money and support. This school thing could be the straw that breaks the camel's back (gosh, I love cliches!). At some point Putin is going to have had enough and he will decide it's in their best interest for Russia to join in the world-wide campaign against terror. France may be reaching the breaking point too, especially if these animals harm the two French citizens they are holding. Apparently Russia is already providing us with lots of intelligence, like the warning from Putin in 2002 that Iraq was ready to move on us in a big way. As long as the terrorists were messing with us and the other countries could buy relative calm by not backing us they were only to happy to go along with the plan. Now that the terrorists have moved to the next level, using their tactics in attempts to affect changes like lifting the head scarf ban, we just might find more countries willing to help us. As ALWAYS, we have had to step up to the plate and assume the mantle of leadership, but things like the theater takeover and now the school, just might be enough to tip the scales. One can only hope and pray!

I am saying Iran is less of a threat to Russia because they're Shi'ite. Russia can use Iran as a counterweight to our scumbag allies Pakistan - which has nukes and Saudi Arania. Russia has little to fear from Iran because she has few Shi'ite Muslims.

Most of the teacher I know are way too liberal to ever agree to arm themselves! Much of what is wrong now can be traced to 40 years or so our children being steeped in the liberal line at school. When I was in grade school a large part of the curriculum was about patriotism and what a great country we are. Now the official line is that America is no better than any other country, sometimes worse. They are taught that no system is any better than any other system, just different. They come out of high school with absolutely NO idea of how government works. I hate to be a conspiracy nut, but I'm convinced it's been done on purpose by the liberals. It's much easier to fool the masses if they are ignorant of what's going on. Like demonstrating because fire stations are being closed! If we don't wake up and move to take back our schools it will never get better. Home schooling is part of the answer, but states are starting to wise up and are trying to pass laws to make home schooling much more difficult. That trend REALLY worries me! I talk to my grandchildren and I am disgusted with the BS they are getting at school.

In the months after 9-11, there was an article on FR which detailed home invasions, police ambushes, hospital and scholl massacres etc. I can't find it, but I have no doubt that it's going to happen, some day.
With thousands of sleeper cells already in place and established, it's going to be nasty and very bloody. Just think back to "The Beltway Snipers" in late '02, and project what 100-200 teams of killers could do.
That's why I carry a fully-loaded (10 x 20-round mags) AR-10A4 and my (CCW) Kimber 'Target Eclipse' 1911A1 .45cal ACP on a daily basis.
These are subhumans we're dealing with, folks.
It is coming, someday.

He can't side with Iran and side with us.

I am distressed over what is happening in Russia. This is both tragic and terrible. But, this is what happens when you play with terrorists. Had Putin used his brain and joined with the USA in wiping this scum off the face of the earth, we would be much further ahead in the war against terror then we now are. The Russians and French are now learning bitter lessons about making nice with terrorists. France will do nothing but beg, but Putin should join with GW Bush and begin to kick some serious butt! They can start by bringing down Iran and Syria!!!
To: oolatec
Yep, Americans! Vote for John Kerry and this will become an every day occurance right here in the USA!!! A vote for Kerry is a vote for your own doom!!!
To: JLAGRAYFOX
The Russians helped us wipe out the Taliban. It was Russian backed Northern Alliance that defeates our ally Pakistan's Taliban. And It was America which even today warns Russia not to lay the hammer down on the Chechens.
Because the Russians thought overthrowing Saddam - a secular Arab was a bad idea you confuse it with the Islamist threat?

Sorry, my friend, but your reasoning is weak!!! If you don't think that Saddam was harboring and supporting Islam terrorists, you got a problem. Vote Democrat, but then no complaining when open season on Americans starts. The Russians did not help with the Northern Alliance. We did that, mostly on our own. Putin IMHO is in the same category as France. But, after enough them are slaughtered, they will wake up!
