Fretted Sawyer, effectively acknowledging that Kerry is in deep trouble: "Can he turn it around or is it too late?" Steph: "It's not too late, the race is still tied. The next big moment is the debates." Kerry has admitted that Bush is an excellent debater. If Steph thinks he can win the debates, kerry has already started with on foot in the mud. BTW Steph, the race is NOT tied anymore.

the race is NOT tied anymore. Here's hoping, and it still may come down to turnout; The Dems are very angry this year....That may be good for a couple of points by itself.
It is all very scary....Kerry would be an absolute disaster for our nation.

The next big moment is the debates Prediction: Kerry will do poorly in the debates. Very poorly.
Russert will then go on TV and say that in a 21st century campaign, there is no evidence that debates matter. Most voters are undecideded, and the next big moment is that final week of advertising. LOL!
