They changed the title, originally he had it misspelled as anne coutler not coulter.

For the Anybody But Bush mob, such character traits as honesty and integrity are meaningless. They will still vote for that despicable, self aggrandizing, lying, backstabbing, seditious traitor with a huge Walter Mitty complex - Hanoi John Kerry. It might (hopefully) make a difference to those few still undecided.

I do remember Kerry making that ironic remark a few weeks ago. But we were so stunned by the content of the Swift Boat allegations, etc., that Kerry's aside slipped through the cracks.

It was Chenoweth's boat that pulled PCF-3 crewmen out of the water. Thurlow jumped onto PCF-3, got the boat under control, and attended to the wounded.

(Sarcasm alert)

> I was pulled from churning surfs a dozen times before I was 10 years old, each time exclaiming, "YOU SAVED MY

> LIFE!" but I'm not seeking out the people who fished me out of the water and demanding that they run for president.

I can see the forthcoming Maureen Dowd article now...

"Bush loyalistas relentlessly want to trash-talk about issues that happened 34 years ago, that have been, time and time again, disproven by such fine papers as the New York Times and other worthy bastions of truth that republish it's derived wire articles. Terry McCauliff was right: they know no shame.

"But, it was inevitable that in all their sound and fury, one shining moment of Truth would spring through, from no less a personage as Ann (Have you no degeneracy?) Coulter, when she admitted that, yes, she can't swim any better than poor Jim Rasmussen after being hit by a mine. Not just once, but 10 times. Maybe 11, maybe 9, as some reports are saying, because, obviously, she's a big fat liar and can't get her details straight.

"And I'm sure that John Kerry, selflessly, nobly, and self-sacrificingly, would have saved her revisionist 10 year old neofascist behind too, being the hero he is and all, with his good and noble Vietnam service so present on everybody's mind, that impacts everything we think about him even to this day.

"All this just goes to show, once again, that the connected neoconservatives in Washington who don't ever invite me to dine with them are all big liars, just like Ann Coulter can't swim."

---- It occurs to me, that MoDo's articles really do just write themselves...

"John Forger Kerry" is a Phil Dragoo creation. I'm just posting it around, to remind folks how Kerry became so highly decorated: he did his own typing.

"I love Ann Coulter."

Oh, good grief!!

She's skinny as a rail, she wears a size 32 AAA training bra, her knees are knobby and she's got buck teeth!

(Ann, if you're lurking, you know I'm just kidding. Friday night? Same place?)

I can go with that. It's been a few days since we were deep into what Thurlow did -- back before his Bronze Star citation became available. I don't think anybody has come up with Lambert's citation letter, but it likely reads similar to Thurlow's (being under fire).

While those details are interesting, the focus is elsewhere: Kerry bugged out (no hero, he), no enemy fire (Bronze Star citation based on a fabrication), & Kerry's injuries did not merit a Purple Heart.

So I think that means John Kerry attended as many V.V.A.W. meetings at which the assassination of U.S. senators was discussed as he did meetings of the Senate Intelligence Committee on which he later sat.

This line is golden.

I don't know. It borders on being exculpatory, almost pro-Kerry. :-P

Heheheh. I didn't pay attention to the thread context. Lamberts citation is most likely for pulling Thurlow from the water. We don't know. The way Ann has the statement in her column leaves an opening for diversion from her point. She could have pointed out that there were NO BULLET HOLES, and/or nobody was shot in all this enemy fire. That would have similar effect, and the records are clear on those points.
