IMHO, I believe that the families of the terrorists should be taken away. They should disappear. I know they did not do this, but there must be some kind of response. They need to start with one of the lesser 'holy' sites to make an example of it and to show what they can and WILL DO in response to further terrorist acts. Save the big ones, Mecca and Medina, for the big finish! I'm serious, I'd would pick out one of their lesser 'shrines' and give them ample warning to clear out and then flatten it. I'd follow up by posting a complete list of other 'holy' sites that would be targets, one by one. I suspect after the third or fourth one they would get the idea.
