You see, right there is the problem.
They don't see ANYONE who is not whole heartedly with them in their twisted form of Islam as innocent. Not women, children, no one but their blood thirsty "brothers in the religion of peace" is excluded from their wrath.

These beasts who kill without regard to the victims ability to injure them are to be killed and eliminated from the world.

I never imagined that I would sanction the thought, but in my opinion, the Russian government should selectively target cities in the Chechen area for tactical nuclear strikes, and offer those there with the chance to either give up the terrorist amongst them or burn in the conflagration that kills them.
