I've seen articles about the Communist, Nazis, and Muslim connection. I saw a book about the Russian Revolution. It was really bloody and violent. They shut down many religious institutes. The Bolsheviks are very anti-Semitic and many wanted to exterminate Jews. Stalin took an anti-Zionist stance after Israel was established. The Soviet Union wished that Israel was destroyed and they helped Arab Muslim countries. Many Muslims in the Soviet Union helped the Communists. The Communists wanted to reach out to Muslims. I've seen posters with Arabic characters. Also, those Arab countries got military hardware from the Soviet Union and they were allies. The Nazis connection is rather obvious.
