that was certainly my impression. any attempt to explain or justify the heinous acts committed in Russia this week is an attempt to be outrageous, and elicit the sort of responses that he is getting.
It is probably partially true, with exaggerations as is usually the case. In any event, the pictures speak volumes. Nuking their children won't make this wrong right.
But now maybe our government will finally say "yeah, Putin, we were wrong to tell you to negotiate with these rebels."
This is the KLA all over again and yes, they need to be dealt with, but all efforts should be undertaken to avoid harming more innocent children.
I'm hoping that the rape story is not true, that it's an urban myth but I know it is very real. Look at the Sudan and what they were doing to christians for over ten years. Now that it's muslims the world is paying a little attention. The method of torture is pretty much the same, except I've not heard of any mass raping in Israel (not that I know of).
But I think you may be right about the troll business. I hope I'm wrong :(
That's true!
Ahhh, we just sang that hymn in church last sunday
Waste 'em and their clans and tribes.
Not necessary. All they need is a lot of rope. Start hanging young chechyn men. Yes. Reprisals. One per hour or one per 5 minutes. Leave them hanging in the public square until nice and stinky. Preferably rebels, but it doesn't really matter. Someone has to die for these children.
Or use bullets and stack them like cordwood. It doesn't really matter. As long as Chechnya (and the rest of the world) learns the lesson. SOMEONE HAS TO GET TOUGH. SOMEONE HAS TO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NO RULES!!!!! (/savage rant)
i live in No.VA and work in DC. all 3 of my kids attended the same school in VA, back on 9/11. i seriously worry what i would do were it to happen now, because all 3 of them are in different schools in different parts of town.
In the past couple of days there was a news article which said the terrorists ripped off the clothes of young girls, soaked them in water, then gave to to people to wring the water out to drink.
I could guess where it went from there.
A better idea is to start boiling them alive in pig blubber.
I hated reading this article too. Much like I'd like to hope the terrorist who was beheaded may have found his conscience and been killed for it(a chance perhaps he repented and found Christ--their would have been people all around him likely praying and holding rosaries), I'd like to believe these people would not visit this terror on children, but I think it is true. Sigh...
It almost makes me rethink having children.
What the monsters did was so bad it doesn't need embellishment. Russia is Christian again, so Russia's actions will be tempered as ours are. Russia will eliminate this evil, but it will take time.
Other survivors told how screaming teenage girls were dragged into
rooms adjoining the gymnasium where they were being held and
raped by their Chechen captors who chillingly made a video film of
their appalling exploits
Don't pacify, destroy it.
That's a tough one. For all the misery in this world, my children are such a blessing and reminder of the hope of Christ. I never wanted children when I was younger, but they are my treasures. The hard thing is the fear I have for them. Not only of the terrorist threat, but all the other things that could befall them. I have to just place their safety when they are away from me in God's hands. I can imagine though what it must be like for someone without children right now to be looking at this world and thinking as you do.
There is more: some young children (under 7) were in the street outside the school when the garbage struck. The garbage lured them into the school with chocolate and candy. Moreover, I believe every word about the rape of the teenage girls: the Wahhabist garbage believe that it is not a crime if it involves non-Muslim women and they undoubtedly thought themselves deserving of one last thrill before they went to serve their demon god. Of course, you won't see this on Fox, CNN or MSNBC: its been raining in Florida, y'know.
Not sure if I agree or disagree;-)
Never mind my post--for some reason when I refreshed, there was nothing in your post initially.
don't forget, it's been real windy there, too.
