Yeah, that looks like you've got it. I wonder what the availability of automatic weapons is to civilians in Russia. I heard that there are no laws governing private ownership of full-autos. If that's true there probably aren't "assault" weapons bans there, either.
You could probably buy a rifle like this, with all the goodies + folding stock, with no problem.
Any of you know what the situation is there for civilians? I'm curious. I assume weapons were heavily regulated under the Soviet regime but I'm eager to know the facts.
