The next best thing to beam turrets. :)
Another thing Kerry did/would oppose no doubt!

Not much, it's just a metal tube and a big bullet filled with explosives.

How about a link.
Now if they can just improve the detection time so it
detonates the warhead just as it clears the launcher.

yeah, but I mean there are not MASS produced, plus you have the launcher... the WESTERN version was about $59, but that was 1980 dollars...

There is room on a Humvee or any other vehicle, but the question is does the Army want to fund the effort. These defensive suits aren't cheap.
"It will take funding away from schools, Granma, healthcare...." You know the drill.

That's awesome. Like a mini SDI. Those RPGs have been a big problem. Still have problems with roadside bombs too it seems.

I have a better counter measure. Drench the muslim bast@rds in pig fat and then set them on fire. It will be a nice preview of what they will have to endure in the afterlife.
To: Mikey_1962
The Chinese and Russians mass manufactured them, and the Islamokazis make 'em as fast as they know how.

That would be a nice easy way to save a couple of bucks on a countermeasure, wouldn't it?

They have plenty of value to the Islamist thugs whose primary targets are unarmed women and children. If there were ever a real battle, they'd be fleeing, not firing.

I seem to recall that chain link fence worked pretty well in Viet Nam. Anything to make it detonate far enough away to diffuse the jet stream.

And I am beginning to believe that they speak Farsi if you know what I mean. It is a LONG border... and they would LOVE to have TWO SHIITE states next to each other
