Sadly though, if you look at www.Cato.org on the terror war, there are some small l's that aren't completely reality based. I say this after years of absolutely swearing by Cato's positions.

I'd like to see them behave like the "conservative" party in some states, where they simply endorse someone from the major parties for president.
