The memorials started and C-span is not showing these memorial ceremonies.

It would be appropriate to have One of the c-spans doing uninterupted coverage.

Every time I step out into a cloudless, crisp day - no matter the location or time of year - I can feel the hole in my soul that I've been trying to forget since that day.

Damn them.

I swear CBS is doing everything it can to keep it from being an emotional moment. At least NBC is showing things live. Even the ceremony in Boston. But CBS is shooting blanks. Sumner Redstone the owner of CBS lives in Boston. Maybe he doesn't want to offend his commie friends.

They're also having a memorial event here on the base where I work in Iraq in about an hour and a half. It's late afternoon here.

The memorial will be at 7 p.m. local time. All the US flags on camp are at half-mast today.
