This thread is begging for some kind of joke about Maria Shriver....
but nope, not me, not this time!
It's not a complete ban, only from the point of time at which the deceased begins ripen. If kept in a walk in refrigerator by the necrophillac, they could have a cool one whenever they please, almost indefinately.
It's somewhat funny, and horribly gross.
But out in California there has to specifically be a law against it..

The government should keep out of peoples' Morgues! And graveyards while they're at it.
Homophobia is a made up word.
It is easily argued homosexuals are moralphobic.
I have yet to meet anyone who is "scared" of homosexuals. Disgusted, does not want them around children, perhaps.
We could easily say homosexuals are Moralphobic.
"Your Honor, while that corpse was having sex with me, I was not having sex with that corpse."
So now Teresa Heinz is forbidden from having sex with John Kerry any time they are in California? He is the "walking Corpse" candidate.
Thank you! I can't believe she wasn't mentioned until comment #41. We must have a slow crowd this morning.
Yick, but LOL!
When having sex with a corpse is outlawed.............
It is best that humor is not overanalyzed.
"Lighten up a bit. Apparently you are the only one who doesn't find this title hillarious."
Thanks! I thought I just be me. :)
He played on our fears...he betrayed these perverts! (/Algore accent)
I think everyone but you understands most are being facetious here. Crips, lighten up.
I am a homophobe. Homophobia is the fear of being "done up the butt." I have this fear. :)
"But can one marry a corpse?"
Yes, but only if the relationship is platonic. However, disregard that rule if you live in San Francisco and go for it.
Actually, I've always liked her and thought she does a good job and has a bit of class.
But I live in Washington, so have no stake in it, I guess, unless I see a really, really, really desirable corpse lying around!
Ever hear about the necrophiliac nymphomaniac alcoholic?
All day, every day, the same old whine: "I need a cold one! I need a cold one...!"
