There was an interview with Laurie posted on one of her fan sites (more than a year ago), and she mentioned that her grandfather is a Democrat. He has apparently been involved in politics somehow, but I have no idea what Laurie's political persuasion may be. She's probably a Dem, since there are other women there at Fox who have been mentioned to be Democrats (E.D. Hill, Kiran Chetry). It's hard to find conservative women in the field of news reporting. The real conservatives never make it to the big time, the climate is just too hostile for them.
Is the person holding the sign Lisa Kudrow? If not, it certainly looks like her.
What about Rita Cosby?? Very attractive AND intelligent. WOW! What a combination. Any word on how she leans?
My sources tell me that Rita is not that attractive.

I've never heard anything about Rita Cosby's political leanings. Somehow, Rita doesn't strike me as being loyal to either party. Chetry and Hill are the only two that I know about, but I'm sure that many more of the Fox crew are dems/libs as well. Conservatives (especially women) do not make it in the world of major media outlets. There are some men who lean conservative who do make it, but it's more the exception than it is the rule. Such a shame.
