Since Borders, like many corporations, refuses to pay a Living Wage, Borders local customers have the option of speaking to an underpaid manager if they feel an underpaid floor employee is pursuing an agenda different from the sales agenda of the corporation. So what exactly are the union members getting in return for their dues? A web site?

Hey living wage morons...
If you can't make a 'living' on your Borders wage, get some more valuable skills than stocking shelves and pressing register keys. Bookstore skills are MINIMAL...do you understand that? A chimp could do it.
Become a more valuable employee with more valuable skills and you will have a more valuable paycheck.
This is capitalist America...deal with it.
