Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy (new John Fund book)

Freepers who helped to defeat the democrat election fraud in 2000 will want to obtain this new book by John Fund ASAP, in order to be ready for their tricks in November 2004.

I heard Fund on a radio talk show last week, briefly. He went into the scoop discovered on Free Republic in 2000, namely, how 15,000 Bush ballots were "spiked" in Palm Beach County. This was first discovered through statistical analysis by freeper Robert E. Cook, PE.

If you are not familiar with this method of vote fraud, here is how it was done: corrupt 'rat precincts held back their ballots in tight races, most flagrantly in Palm Beach County. At the last minute, stacks of ballots were "spiked" down the Gore hole. This did not change the Gore ballots, which already had their chads punched out in normal voting.

But every Bush vote was ruined, because with the Gore hole also knocked out (by the spike) it became an invalid double vote.

These 15,000 ruined Bush ballots were traced to certain corrupt late-reporting precincts. (The rest of the Republican candidates on these 15,000 ballots were not spiked or invalidated, leaving a clear trail of evidence of the 'rat fraud.)

This was exhaustively detailed here in late 2000, but in those days, an explosive scoop from Free Republic was simply unable to gain traction in the MSM, and the story languished and died.

I suggest that as many freepers as possible get hold of this book, first: for defense against many types of 'rat fraud in November, and second: in order to explain to people how the 'rats almost stole the election in Palm Beach in 2000 by "spiking" ballots.

Actually, I wrote the Albatross Brief (See Below). Robert e-mailed me and told me about the research he was doing. He asked if he could add some data to my work and I was glad to let him. He helped illustrate the real possibility that my assumptions were correct. They were cheating in Palm Beach County,

Open Letter To Mark Levin - Statistical Proof Of Election Fraud

Dear Mr. Levin,

The purpose of my open letter is to request your assistance in getting certain information in front of the public. The information compiled relates directly to activities in Palm Beach County, specifically, statistical and anecdotal evidence related to massive election fraud perpetrated by Democrat campaign workers.

On November 8th, I wrote an essay called the "Albatross Brief", it is also part of this post. The Albatross Brief is a theory which ties all of the stange contradictions, illuminated by the scrutiny of Palm Beach County election activities, to a simple and plausibe explanation.... massive elction fraud on the part of PBC Democrats.

After posting the Albatross Brief on this forum and e-mailing it to several media outlets, I recieved a number of phone calls and e-mails from different individuals wanting to add their input. One person, who performs statistical analysis at a high level in pursuit of his job, did an involved statistical analysis of voting patterns by precincts and counties thoughout America. His analysis deals with the number of "Invalidated Ballots" or "double-punched" Ballots, and lends great credence to the conclusions reached in the Albatross Brief.

Before I talked to this fellow, I thought the Albatross Brief was a non-story. One of the central themes of my essay was the belief that the 19,000 invalidated ballots in the Palm Beach County election were evidence of massive fraud. After I learned that that there were approximately 15,000 invalidated ballots in the same county in 1996, I concluded that the high number of invalidations in this year' elections were not an anomoly since it happened the prvious election with a smaller turnout. After looking at some of his data it became obvious that these numbers were evidence of fraud in BOTH elections.

His work indicates the that Palm Beach County had the greatest number of "invalidated Ballots" per capita in the United States. On a statistical basis, Palm Beach County's Ballots were invalidated at a rate higher than the average ratio of Florida Ballot invalidations by a factor of 9 to 1. The statewide average rate of invalidations in the 1996 Florida election was approximately .5, or 1/2 of 1%. In 1996 the rate of invalidations in PBC were were 4.4 per 100, or 4.4%. This ratio was as high as 15% in some of the most Democrat-leaning pricincts in Palm Beach County while most Republican districts conformed to the normal published ratio of approximately .5%.

In Palm Beach County, Albert Gore received 574 more votes than the number of Registered Democrats in this year's race according to figures supplied by the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections. Gore received 296,696 votes while the number of Registered Democrats in that county numbers 296,122. This is not that unusual as Governor Bush received more votes the the number of registered Republicans in almost every Florida County, with Independents making up the difference. However, In Florida, ONLY in PBC did Bush receive less than 65% of Registered Republican voters (Registered Republicans = 231,626 , Bush voter 152,954= 152,954.) Again,in most Counties in Florida, Bush received MORE votes than there were registered Republicans.

According to published reports, the vast majority of "double punched" ballots in PBC were in the Presdiential Selection area of the ballot. Any model dealing in random error tells us this is extremely improbable, mistakes of a random nature should occur throughout the ballot and will not be concentrated in one category. This is a spectacularly strange occurence and only heightens our belief that there were organized and systomatic efforts undertaken to steal votes from George W. Bush in Palm Beach County.

We have much more data prejudicial to the Palm Beach County elections in 1996 and 2000 and are continuing to research voter trends and statistical norms throughout the country. We will be compiling all of our information and will make a compelling case of gross Election Fraud on the part of PBC precinct workers.

Mr. Levin, we are asking that you contact us and assist us in getting this information to the right people, including one Maja Rushie. Please take time to read the Albatross Brief and an accompanying letter written by Mr. Robert Cook, both attached to this letter. We believe we are on firm ground here and need a little help. Palm Beach County is home to one of the largest, most organized, liberal election machines in Florida. They have created an impressive network of campaign workers living in nursing and retirement homes throughout the county to gaurantee the largest possible turnout for their candidates. The efforts of Congressman Wexler and other Democrat county officials to solidify the Democrat vote in PBC have been wonderfully successful, and nobody has worked harder than these people. It seems odd that such an organized entity as the Palm Beach Democrats would have such trouble with a Ballot commonly used in many States throughout the nation with few problems.

There are several puzzling aspects involved with all the stories coming from Wexler and Gore supporters in that county, for example;

1) Why would a Ballot that is clearly marked be such a problem for so many to figure out?

2) Why did "thousands" of people call Robert Wexlers's office "crying" about filling out a Ballot for the wrong candidate, but only realizing it after the fact.....and knowing exactly who to call?

3) Why is Robert Wexler claiming that the 3400 votes for Pat Buchanan were all mistakes made by Democrats who actually were trying to vote for Gore...when he knows Buchanan got about 8,000 votes there in 1996 and has family that lives and campaigns for him there?

3) How did 19,000 Ballots (between three and four percent of all ballots) get double-punched and then invalidated?

4) Why did the Palm Beach County districts wait til the last minute to drop a huge share of votes into the count, knocking Bush's lead from 50,000 plus down to around 12,000?

5) Why is the Democrat election official who created and sent out samples of these Ballots so miffed about all the commotion over them? Why does she insist they are'nt a problem when others are screaming for a new election?

6) Why is Jesse jackson trying to turn it into a racial imbroglio when there is absolutely no evidence race plays any part?

The Albatross Brief

Robert Wexler and Democrat operatives have been lining up the huge senior vote in this area for a very long time. Wexler has been right down in the trenches, helping organize campaign workers and setting up organizations within nursing homes and retirement centers to maximize the vote for Gore. According to a friend of mine that lives in Palm Beach County, Wexler has been very hands-on when not in Washington.

After all this work and effort, there was no way they were gonna let the evil GOP steal this election, at leat not in this county, they would steal it first. At some time they made the decision they were going to do a little more than is allowed by the law and believed they would'nt get caught. Corrupt poll workers started adding another punch to the some of the Bush ballots to invalidate them, possibly when they saw Bush pull ahead by a couple hundred thousand votes, or maybe earlier than that. Some time later they had to realize if this was a very close race his County would come under scrutiny if and when election officials were required to perform a recount. How were they going to explain the huge number of invalidated Ballots, mostly Bush Ballots?

They needed an excuse so they manufactured one. Wexler knows that Buchanan got 8,000 votes in PBC in 1996, he's no dummy. The story he is floating about the 3,400 votes being given to Buchanan by mistake instead of Gore creates a smokecreen and gives the impression of a ballot problem rather than a corruption problem. So he began yelling to the press about the poor Ballot design and fed them the Buchanan vote "problem".

Robert Wexler flat out knows Buchanan, with family living in PBC campaigning for him, probably got three thousand votes or better. he would have to be a complete idiot not to. Hell, they have used an airplane carrying Buchanan banners several times in this County and it has made some news since it is a fairly uncommon practice. Wexler's dumb alright, dumb as a Fox.

People were'nt confused about these Ballots either, they are used all over the country and have been used in PBC the last two elections. That explains why the Democrat official that printed and sent out the Ballots is so miffed and is denying the Wexler contentions. She is'nt willing to give up her political career to help Wexler save his and Gore's arse. The Democrats will get to her though, they will gaurantee her future if she play's ball.

Many people have commented on the fact that Bush suddenly had a fifty-thousand plus vote lead which induced the Networks to call the election for Bush, but within an hour Bush had lost 40 thousand votes and his lead was down to about 12,000 votes. Shortly thereafter it was a couple thousand.

If you had been screwing with a large percentage of ballots, enough that the discrepancy between the ratio of voters to those registered might be noticed, when would you finally transmit your vote count to the central collection center?? You would do it after a winner had already been decided so as to keep it under the radar. While everybody else was celebrating or co-miserating you drop your dirty little secret into the mix and hope nobody notices. Unfortunately for Mr. Robert Wexler and the precinct workers, the scrutiny is just beginning.

The 19,000 ballots could be anything now. At some point they knew a recount was coming. They probably added an extra punch to thousands of Gore Ballots to obfuscate their crime once they knew they would be caught. Now they want a recount using the Buchanan story and the very same 19,000 Ballots they tampered with as their excuse. I will bet that there is still a disproportionate amount of Bush Ballots in that 19,000.

One election official in PBC that came in for the recount said that the 19,000 invalidated ballots was an "incredibly high number". She said she was "stunned".

The Albatross Brief is the ONLY theory that explains all these contradictions. Why is Wexler complaining about Buchanan votes when he knows damn well they are legit? How in the world could 3 to 4 percent of all Ballots be double-punched when these ballots are used all over the country without any significant problems? Why was Wexler screaming about Ballot problems election night when these ballots were used in PBC the last election without problems. Why were there absolutely no complaints about the ballots when samples were printed up and sent out to voters before the election?

I hope some of you have contacts that can look into that names punched on the 19,000 ballots that were made invalid. If there is a disproportionate amount of Bush ballots when compared to the Bush/Gore ratio of votes in that county, it is very likely we have a major, major case of election fraud . Someone has to look at this.... who can help.......or at least contact someone with leverage at, or on, the FBI or with a connected politician?

Again, my theory is the only one that answers every question. After all......if it quacks like a Duck..........

The news media is focused on the Democratic Party spin that voters were "confused" in Palm Beach, FL. They are ignoring the 15,000 BUSH and 3,400 Buchanan votes were stolen by fraud in these 19,000 ballots.

There is explicit statistical evidence of massive ballot tampering in Palm Beach FL. These ballots show Democratic voter fraud....NOT Republican fraud or "voter error." Consider these "unusual" ballot problems in Palm Beach, FL - every one of them adds more Gore votes, and removed Republican and Reform party votes.

ONLY in Palm Beach FL were 15,000 ballots "double punched" in the 1996 election. (This is unique among the entire nation! It is an error rate TEN TIMES larger than reported in ANY other district in the nation using that kind of ballot!)

ONLY in Palm Beach (and almost ONLY heavily Democratic precincts) were 19,200 ballots rejected in 2000 for double punching....(This is a 4.4% error rate overall; in the rest of Florida there is less than 1/2 of ONE percent "double punch" error rate! (Unofficially, this error rate was 15% in predominately Afro-American precincts, and 10% in precincts with large numbers of Jewish retirees.) In strongly Republican precincts, the error rate was the "usual" 1/2 of one percent.)

ONLY in Palm Beach did this "double punch" error happen ONLY in the Gore-Bush-Buchanan selection. (In a truly random "error," the mistakes happen in every race, all at about the same rate. In Palm Beach, the massive errors (over 19,000) ONLY happened in the Presidential race.)

ONLY in Palm Beach has the news media complained about "massive" ballot confusion. In the 43 counties in Missouri, also mostly Democratic voters, which use the same kind of ballot, there are NO complaints about "confused voters" at all. (St Louis Post Dispatch, Nov 8, 2000) Therefore, ONLY in Palm Beach FL do the Democrats have to "explain" a massive number of incorrect votes.

ONLY in Palm Beach did Gore GAIN 750 votes in a recount. In 64 out of 67 counties in FL, the average gain was 5-7 votes, and the "changes" were equally split between ALL the candidates, in proportion to the original number of votes. This means that Palm Beach FL had an error rate in favor of Gore more than 120 TIMES greater than any other county, (Two other heavily Democratic "inner city" counties (Flagler and Pinellas) had changes greater than 400 votes.) In a statistically valid recount, half of the errors would favor Bush, and half favor Gore. This extreme change from the normal in only three counties shows massive "favoritism" towards Gore in those three counties.)

In Palm Beach Gore got more votes than there are registered Democrats. (Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections: registered Democrats = 296,122 while Gore voters = 296.696.)

ONLY in Palm Beach did Bush receive LESS than 65% of the registered Republican voters. (Registered Republicans = 231,626 while Bush voters = 152,954.) In every other county in FL Bush received MORE votes than there were registered Republicans. In the rest of the nation, poll results show more than 90% of registered Republicans actively supported the Republican candidate. (Also, unique in the entire state, the percentage of Republican voters COUNTED as voting in Palm Beach was much less than normal, despite the pre-election attention to Florida as a critical state; and massive Republican get-out-the-vote campaigns.)

ONLY in Palm Beach did Buchanan get less than HALF the of votes he received before in 1996. His losses in that county in 2000 were much greater than in any other district in Florida. (Buchanan received over 8,000 votes in 1996 Republican PRIMARY (where only registered Republ icans can vote; but he received only 3,407 under the Reform Party from ALL voters in the 2000 Presidential election. (Pat Buchanan has relatives who lives in Palm Beach County, and this local support greatly increase the number of local voters who choose Buchanan, compared to every other region of the country. There are over 14,551 members of the Reform party in Palm Beach County - which indicates that less than 1/5 of the Reform voters voted for their own candidate. The Fraud is NOT whether Gore voters were "confused" and voted for Gore, but rather WHY Reform Party and Libertarian voters were prevented from registering THEIR vote!)

There is a simple, single explanation for ALL of these 19,000 problems in ONE set of ballots in ONE district in ONE state; 15,000 Bush ballots, and 3,400 more Buchanan ballots, were double-punched to imitate a Gore vote, AFTER legitimate left their polling booth.

Assume 35,000 ballots were stuck with a stiff wire. It would take somebody a little bit of privacy and about 15 minutes. A ream of paper is 1 inch thick, 35,000 many ballots can be carried by one person in one small box, damaged, and returned to position very quickly.

Originally,

3,000 = Buchanan

15,000 = Bush

15,000 = Gore

1,250 = other parties

750 = "blank" - No vote for President; other spots may be filled in.

After ....

3,000 Buchanan + Gore = thrown out.

15,000 Bush + Gore = thrown out.

Gore (+ Gore) = GOOD VOTES for Gore = counted already 1,250 + others + Gore = thrown out.

750 = "blank" + Gore = Gore gets recount!

Stamping 35,000 ballots with a wire or a piece of "allthread" THROUGH the Gore slot gives: Every Gore vote = still a valid Gore vote. (No change in the total, no change in the recount.)

Every Bush, Buchanan, Workers Party, and Libertarian Party ballot IS IMMEDIATELY INVALID. They will be thrown out because they have two votes. They NEVER were counted in the first place = no change in the recount.

EVERY ballot that HAD NO VOTE becomes a Gore vote. The recount immediately ADDS these (751) ballots to the Gore column BECAUSE the original count had NO vote for president!

(Isn't it LIKELY that at least 750 people were disgusted with BOTH major presidential candidates and made NO vote for president?)

The key: KEEPING THE BALLOTS as evidence. IMMEDIATELY!

2. RECOUNTING them by hand...since the voting machine will reject them....if the percentages match these numbers THERE WAS FRAUD.

3. Finding out WHEN these ballots were thrown out - OR NEVER COUNTED AT ALL! will tell you when the fraud was done.

.... If the ballots include an equal number of Bush + Gore" and "Gore + Gore" ballots....then that shows that this set of ballots were tampered with and never counted in the first place ... because they KNEW that they "all" be excluded. IF the ballots include "no" (or very few) Bush + Buchanan, or "Buchanan + somebody + Gore votes" else....then it shows that they were deliberately tampered with to exclude (throw out) otherwise valid Bush votes.

Obviously....EVERY tampered ballot WILL include a GORE vote! That would "justify" the Democratic "claims" for Fraud BY the Republicans.

To verify this....count the doubled ballots, list each with what OTHER votes were cast. No "legitimate" Gore voter would choose other Republican choices, or at least very, very few would. IF almost all of the Bush + Gore ballots had mostly Republican choices, or blanks where there is a Democrat running unopposed, then that shows a Bush vote that was destroyed.

ONLY where the Gore + Buchanan ballots shows almost all Democrats, those "one or two" ballots will show the few cases where some Gore supporter actually got confused!

BUT the Democrats are claiming that these are "double -punched! They know...and were told early this morning! to collect 3000 old folks who could claim they were confused...They quickly needed a cover story to explain that the ballots were "confusing" to create the 3000 Gore - Buchanan "voters" that they need.

But today...even the local Democratic officials couldn't "find" that many confused individuals so quickly. Now, they claiming "hundreds" - and can't even verify that many. No lists, no names, no verification. Just their verbal claims on TV.

THEY HAVEN'T EXPLAINED why 15,000 ballots were double-punched in 1996 AND in 2000. Other than that the election officials did it TWICE.

Much simpler to stack the ballots up so they all can be read by the machine.....that way the "holes" line up!

Don't bother reading them or even looking at them, it's faster that
