This certainly raises more questions than it answers:
1. Why doesn't CBS admit that these are forgeries?
2. What is the "false account" of the (forged) documents origins? That they came from the files of Killian?
3. If Burkett gave a "false account" of where he got the documents to protect a source, then why isn't CBS clamoring and demanding to know the source so they can find out if the documents are in fact forgeries? 4. Most curious is the total lack of curiousity on the part of CBS to investigate the real story...who made the forged military documents?

Does any media story ever mention the secretary's initial limited memories of Bush? The memories that were sharpened and honed one week later when she spoke to Rather? Does anyone have a direct link to her initial statements? Her apparent miraculous memory improvement needs to be pointed out at every turn, along with the points you made.
