I haven't heard they were set yet.
Where did you get this information from?

I hear you.

A town-hall debate?

Forgive my paranois/suspicious style but I see a lot of those so-called undecided voters coming in and dropping all kinds of loaded questions on Bush.

B-C'04 should have stuck to two debates only.

A whole debate just on those? Not all foreign policy? Ugh.

Is the whiny Ponytail Boy from the '92 debate in Richmond, VA going to be at the Town Hall forum?

That's the conventional wisdom, but when you think about it, which candidate will do better up close with real people? GWB or the Flopper? Bush-Cheney will run the table in these debates. A clear and decisive 4-0 drubbing.

Bush will kick butt on Sept. 30, and he'll overwhelm Kerry on Oct. 8 due to the town hall format. The last debate on Oct. 13 provides sufficient time to allow Bush to recover from any mistake. Cheney will crucify Edwards on Oct. 5.

I know the town hall style is the Dems favorite since Clinton was so successful with them. I am sure they will have some hippie throw backs in the audience with pre-approved questions.

Meaning they'll take questions from the audience? DANG! I was hoping that the Miami Debate would be this way! That way I could get a chance to give them a question.....Yup....I've got a ticket.

You kidding? Bush is GREAT in that format. Kerry will not be able to restrain himself, and Gore's fate will befall him too.

I agree that it's not likely to force a change, but by making their displeasure with CBS known now Bush can take a more defiant stance toward their reporters later when they confront him with partisan questions.

I'm glad President Bush is willing to challenge these guys, and would like to see more of it. Remember 9/11.
