Oh good. Good-good GOOD! By mid-October, if not by the end of this month, he's going to pull a Dean.
To: NCjim
It's probably about time for Kerry's "come back from behind" act to kick in. Get the base all excited about the horse race and get them to come out and vote "because he might just win it!!!"
The scary part is, it might work.
Our side has to vote too. Too much complacency is a bad thing.

A senior Kerry aide portrayed the Iraq speech as a kind of catharsis for voters as well as the candidate, who has struggled with the issue throughout the spring and summer. No, the candidate told us today that he has had one position on Iraq, pay attention.

His tendency was to retreat altogether... I think this statement says it best.

Kerry's rhetoric is disconnected from reality, out of touch with America, and below the level of presidential discourse.
I hope he just keeps talking.

This is ridiculous, I have had Fox News on all day and they show portions of Kerry's rebuttal at every 30 min news cycle....I am hardly seeing Bush's speech to the UN AT ALL!!!!!!!
To: counterpunch
I agree. The more you get to know this stiff, the less you like him. I see that after building an 11 point lead for Bush in Ohio, Lurch is off to see if he can do the same in Florida.

Kerry throws a rhetorical punch like he throws a football. Bigtime sissy limp-wristed tosses.

I saw somewhere, they had Micheal Moore to give up his donuts and issue a "All is not lost speech". A good sign, but WE can't sit on our duff.

"The White House's weak response was telling. They didn't challenge a single assertion he made about the situation on the ground."
What is it with this *sswipes? Just like CBS did, that if the White House or the President doesn't personally respond to fake evidence or moronic statements that it must some how be true? UNBELIEVABLE these goofballs are!!

we deserve a president of the United States who looks Americans in the eye and tells you the truth."
The closest thing the democrats have is Zell Miller and
they're too stupid to listen to him.
