I'm 1/4 Cherokee. :)
My family has firearm weapons in America since 1594 NA
& 1620 (English paternal) and 1636 (English maternal) from
French/ NA alliance to King Philip's War to New England Indian Wars,Queen Ann's War, French & Indian War (Roger's Rangers), Stark's Rangers at Hubbardton, Bunker Hill, Saratoga II, Whitcomb's Rangers, Battle of Plattsburgh, New York 5th, Civil War, and on and on.
Firearms Possession is 9/10's of the law and constitutes what
had already existed as the common practice and as the historical precedent confirmed and affirmed in writing by NA treaties, colony laws, colonial charters and laws, town meeting records and U.S. Constitution.
