I searched and didn't see this posted before - but above is a link to an "ad" created by Mark Simone, a NYC-area talk show host. You can also find out more information about him at www.wabcradio.com. His common-sense questioning of Kerry supporters usually drives liberal callers insane!

I heard this on WABC. It is probably too long for a real commercial but that sort of just tells you how many flip flops he has...

I actually heard part of this played on Drudge's radio show last night (until two troglodyte Dem callers berated Drudge for bias in playing it, at which point I turned the radio off).

But it goes something like this;
The narrator says in soothing tones: "If you believe going to war in Iraq was the right move, John Kerry is your candidate"... and they play a clip of JK bashing Saddam and saying we must take him out... and then the narrator continues..."And if you believe going to war in Iraq was wrong, well John Kerry is your candidate too".. and they play the clip about wrong war, wrong time.. etc.

They do the same thing for " if you believe we should spend more money on winning in Iraq... if you believe we should spend LESS money on winning in Iraq"

and so on.

Great stuff... Kerry indicts HIMSELF with his own words.

How do you spell FLIP-FLOP !!

That's a personal attack! Using John Kerry's own words against him, how dare Mark Simone!

The above statements are intended to be read with a sarcastic tone. :)

I really do like his show a great deal. It's not primarily politics - he has some interesting celebrity guests, etc. (I think he used to be an FM rock radio guy. He also used to have a weekly Frank Sinatra tribute show on WABC a while back.) It's nice to have a break from the politics, but when he does discuss the election his critique of Kerry is simple, direct and quite devastating.

People can listen on the web, although it's on in the middle of the night West Coast time. There are lots of good (great!) hosts on WABC.

I heard this on Mark's show over the weekend; I agree, great spot!

I wish the website presented the file in a more straightforward way (rather than embedding streaming audio in a Flash presentation). However, once it plays through all the way, check your browser cache for an MP3 file named "4507965749.mp3" about 2MB in size. This is the sound file for the Mark Simone spot, and you can then copy it from the cache to your hard drive, to replay as often as you like.

Kuby is a trial and Gambling is a Richard Bey wannabe. Insufferable! The rest of the WABC radio lineup is outstanding.

Larry Kudlow has been filling in for the weekend finance guy (mental block on his name) so all in all it's easy to keep the dial tuned to 770.

I do enjoy just about everything on that station. It's addictive! The Curtis & Kuby show always gets me "riled up" - many of Kuby's comments are just outrageous. But it DOES wake me up with a bang!

I'm enjoying Warner Wolf too. Be nice if Kuby took a hike and we got more Warner!!!

Ha ha!

As I said, Ron Kuby is that "irritant factor" that gets me going. If I get too angry I can always switch over to WOR for a while . . .
