" Do we operate under a system of equal justice under law? Or is there one system for the average citizen and another for the high and mighty? " ~ Senator Ted Kennedy, 1973
- Chappaquiddick has been called "the most brilliant cover-up ever achieved in a nation where investigative procedures are well developed and where the principles of equal justice prevail, at least during some of those moments where people are watching." ~ The Last Kennedy by Robert Sherrill

If Kennedy were a Republican, the liberal leftist main stream media would never let the Americans forget that night at Chappaquidick. This is a reminder.
Sure would piss Teddy off, wouldn't it?
profile in drunkenness
Teddy Kennedy is required to post hazardous materials placards (for ethanol) on his limousine. Why? The alcohol vapors pose a severe explosion hazard.

was he tried or just investigated?
PRESIDENT KERRY AND ATTORNEY GENERAL KENNEDY (God forbid!)
I wish it would come to pass. Ted "Jabba The Gut" needs to be held to the same laws as any person whether rich or poor. The Kennedy's have always bought their way through life. Justice achieved is justice perceived. Ted needs to be charged, tried and imprisoned for his crime. If this occurs, then the chips have fallen where they may. Bush/Cheney 2004
Since fatty wants to interject himself in this election, I'm glad we are bringing up his criminals past. The poor girl may have been alive for at least a half hour surviving on an air pocket. I know I read something concerning this not long ago. I don't know how he lives with himself, but then again he's a Kennedy.
1.If a car goes into water with its doors open,it fills with water, and anyone stuck in there will probably drown.
The victim did NOT drown. She suffocated when the air ran out.
2.If a car goes into the water with its doors closed ,water pressure will keep the doors from opening.
That being the case, how did Senator Swimcoach get OUT ?
3.I've often wondered if "Our Teddy" stopped the car, jumped out, pushed the gear lever into "drive",and waved bye-bye to the (inconveniently ?) pregnant young woman......
The authorities said when they pulled Mary Jo out of the car, her face was pressed to the backseat floorboards, her face frozen in a snarl. Thanks Ted!
Oh, that may be asking a bit much. I'd be perfectly happy to see his name dragged through the mud very publicly as he approaches the conclusion of his career. Who knows, it might be enough to cause his career to conclude even sooner than planned... let's face it, people under 50 don't even remember the event.
Under the law in Massachusetts, anyone involved in a motor vehicle in which a death occurred was automatically charged with manslaughter. Kennedy was never charged. Period.
Arguing against this of course is that the gob of lard and goo is a total lush, a wino who had probably had enough booze that night to float a battleship. If he was able to get it up I would be surprised. He couldn't get it up for his lush bimbo wife Joan, why Kopechne????
My guess is he and Mary Jo had been getting it on for months, that's why they ended up together that night. The cover story about Ted, the knight in shining armor, offering to drive her back is total crap. Pregnant?? Well, the coroner covered everything else up, why not a fetus???
End of story. America ended up with a lunatic, obese, drunken sot in the Senate. By my estimation, he was right at home..................!
If Ted Kennedy wwere a Republican, he'd still be in jail.
[In the Kennedy republic of Tax-a-chusetts, frankly, "Donald Duck" could get elected if on the dim-0-ratic ticket. Just ask KetchUp-Kerry!]
It this any different from the US Senate not performing their sworn duty?
Recall ... klintoon was not removed from office, and he knew he would not be ... Thank you, Vacant Lott!
We can always ask, but may not receive. An unexpected termination of a professional " Drunk, murder, liar and cover-up artist" would be happily received through-out the country. Even if just (one) of us remembers the Chappa cover-up then the word can be spread. Bush/Cheney 2004
