except that Bush will have to improve his standing amongst blacks who vote, but go up against those that have them votes cast for them (100% Kerry) by the Dem vote fraud machine. A tall order.

Let's not be naive here - all these stories, there must be 4 or 5 new threads a day - these surges in voter registration are not actually willing people who have all od a sudden decided to register to vote. Its fraud.

It's called blatant racism and bigotry...this article is full of it.

This will be the Mother of All Voter Fraud in this election. The Bush DUI story I believe did nothing to Bush's chances. The Democrat Vote Fraud Machine was what turned the race around. Zogby's poll numbers were off the whole time until the night before the election he hit the number on the head. The reason he hit it was because he is a DNC hack with his brother working as an operative for the DNC.

The "comeback kid" Kerry title is proped up by voter fraud. Soros and company are dumping 3/4 of their money into this vote fraud scheme of registering illegitimate voters.

Rove thought they would win in a landslide the night before the election and he got awakened to the Democrat Vote Fraud Machine. I hope Bush, Rove and company have had a plan in place to at least counter this treason.

It's called voter fraud.

With innoculation to boot. Try to contest the results and the cries of "racism!" and "disenfranchisement!" will be heard.

Suuuuuuure.... if Ketchup Boy blows it tonight, all those new voters will turn out. His own voters don't even LIKE him!

Rove has no plan. Either Bush wins by large enough margins in these states where the fraud is taking place to overcome it, or picks up another state like NJ that the Dems thought they had in the bag and thus didn't fund the fraud efforts - or he loses.

Bush isn't to go to the matresses if he loses on election night and contest Ohio and PA and Florida et al, based on fraud. And our side hasn't set the premise that fraud is taking place, we just can't pop up on 11/3 and scream "fraud" and seek to change the election outcome.

I think you're correct. And as another poster said, the Democrats have inoculated themselves against all charges, by, first, publishing in advance these "surges" in registration, and, second, saying they will resort to legal action against any form of "voter intimidation", not to mention the filthy charges of racism, etc.

I see few options and I'm discouraged. Are the suburban and rural folk going to go out and protest when this happens? Will they riot?

Another 2000 replay and sheepish acceptance.

It's tragic.

turn out? they don't actually turn out to vote, don't you get it, their votes are cast FOR THEM by someone else at the polling place.

there will be no rioting. the media will pump "the polls were wrong" story (except for zogby, who is getting the Dems inside numbers for fraudulent vote counts) - and most will accept it. if it happens, our side will wake up on 11/3 dumbfounded, and we'll be screaming about it here and on talk radio for the next 4 years.

It is unfortunate that the Republicans are scared of this issue because of being scared that the Libs will characterize them as trying to supress the vote or intimidating minorities. I think the American people are pretty smart and I think if the Republicans clearly told the American people what was happening with the Dems vote fraud, I think the Dems would be less likely to do it. I also think labeling the Democrats as a bunch of criminals out for power would not hurt.

If Kerry steals this election we might as well wipe our rear ends with the Constitution, because it certainly won't protect us! The only things that will matter are our AK-47s and AR-15s.

I think maybe the liberals are putting out stuff like this just trying to keep their people away from the Kool Aid dispenser before the election. If they know they're gonna lose anyway they may not bother to turn out just to keep it from being a landslide.

I don't want to become overconfident, but right now I don't see a Kerry win coming down the pike. Things can change in a hurry though, so we can't take anything for granted

I find it interesting that the liberal media has such a sad grasp of our political system that they make claims such as sending people to the bench during recesses.

No matter when the appointment is made, the person cannot begin acting in any capacity what so ever until the appointment is CONFIRMED. This is why the tactic the Dems used earlier in the administration works. By stalling the confirmation vote, they keep the person out of power without sacrificing any edge they might get with swing voters for voting down the appointments and earning a reputation as uncooperative.

In addition it's amazing that the vocal Black minority is again trying to discredit one of their own who is a Republican. By using the African-American spokes-model label, they get away with defaming him and making him look like a token tool of the administration. They also discount the fact that one of Bush's closest advisors is a black woman. Or that the first in line of the cabinet to qualify for President in the case of multiple assassination attempts is a black man.

Knowing how touchy and hot button the words "Uncle Tom" are within the entirety of the country today, it comes 1/2 a step short of calling this man, and by implication any other African American in the Bush administration, just that.

Additionally he presents a false statement that Bush rejected meeting with leaders of the NAACP. Instead, knowing that people like the author of this article would simply twist words and misrepresent what he said, he declined to speak at their convention. If you know the enemy is just trying to get ammo against you, would you not avoid the situation as well?

The final thing that dismays me about this article, and it should also dismay any African American who decides to look more at the facts than at any propaganda, is the simple assumption that the community is foolish enough to just believe what is written because an African American wrote it. And the assumption on the part of the writer that he has to tell "his people" these things.

For an interesting point to go along with these, go check out http://www.snopes.com under Racial Rumors. Many of the examples of spam urban legend e-mails there end with the words, "We have to get this out and educate our people." This goes to point out that the vocal minority in the African American community are the ones writing this crud. I know if someone wanted to be a LEADER to me, not just someone shouting noise, s/he'd have to not come to me with the assumption that I needed to be educated. To assume that you are so much better than the rest of your community and that you're there to "show them the light" is insulting.

It's also insulting to these people to think that without your enlightened help, they couldn't get themselves registered to vote. If they wished to, they would. I've often filled out a registration at a booth I was walking by just to be nice, or not deal with someone being pushy and, even if I held my ground, putting me in a bad mood.

MLK, Jr., a man of great intelligence taken from us much too early, didn't educate his people. He didn't stand up at the march and say, "You don't know what's going on. You don't know what they're doing to you." He stood up and said, "You all know what's going on. It is my dream that it end. And with us all working together, we can end it."

My apologies to the late Dr. King for paraphrasing so poorly. :)

Yeah, every black who has ever lived and died since the civil war, and probably the mules too. I'm sure Sharpton has registered a few of those.

Don't worry .. this vote will be so overwhelmingly for Bush there will not be any opportunity for fraud.

I could be wrong .. but I don't think so.

If the current trends continue, these registrations won't be enough to swing the election, but if they reverse, they could be troublesome. The most troublesome aspect is the fact that voter fraud is being perpetrated openly and blatantly, and nothing is being done about it. The GOP is always determined to be seen as nice and polite. Just wag a racism finger at a GOP official and he'll melt into the backgrond, never to be heard from again while the crime continues unabated.

Democrats have grown so accustomed to doing what they want with impunity that it's frightening. Liberals see tiny cracks appearing in the armor of their control, especially in the media, and they're freaking out, becoming bolder than ever. Heck, just take a look at CBS. For a smaller example, take a look at the Kerry flap over the debates' time warning lights. They agreed to the lights, and now they're threatening to bring their own screwdrivers to physically remove them from the podiums. They're no longer even trying to hide their dishonesty, willing to take the chance that they'll do whatever they want, unchallenged, simply because they always get away with what they do because they know the GOP to be spineless.

Mark it down: The fraud taking place right now in these voter registration schemes is massive, and it's time for honest people to DEMAND action to stop it.

MM
