What is Kerry's 4 point plan for Iraq? (Why he didn't tell us in the debates)

So the choice for America is, you can have a plan that I've laid out in four points, each of which I can tell you more about or you can go to johnkerry.com and see more of it; or you have the president's plan, which is four words: more of the same. I think my plan is better.--John Kerry in 1st Presidential Debate

From JohnKerry.com:

Kerry's 4 point plan is nothing but Bush's 3 point plan plus the French.

The only detail that I heard in the speech of what Kerry would do differently in Iraq if he were President was this...
"I've laid out a plan by which I think we can be successful in Iraq: with a summit, by doing better training, faster, by cutting -- by doing what we need to do with respect to the U.N. and the elections."

HUH?

Summit? What's the goal of the summit? Is he saying we can bring our troops home faster if we change the program midstream. Lets just get together with other countries, hold hands and sing KumBaYa? The other countries probably know more about democracy than us anyway, right?

How does he propose to train better and faster? He's either saying our current troops are incompetent and that he will send replacements who are better and faster, OR he would send more troops over there to speed things along. This is something worth asking him.

And what was he going to "cut"? He can't cut troops because then we couldn't do the "better" and "faster".

What do we need to do with respect to the U.N. and the elections?

Can someone please tell me what Kerry plans to do?

And neither do the Germans. Read John Vinocur's article in the IHT. (Sorry I have no link). They would rather deal with Bush because he at least will not bestow unwanted kissess on them in hopes of getting what he wants. In Schroeder's case, his policy of staying out of Iraq is about the only policy of his that is popular among the voters.

That is exactly right but Jaques will not help Kerry on this one... The French were caught with their hand in the cookie jar (Blood money Oil for Food)... Who needs that crap anyway... We have a coalition of those willing... Those that aren't willing, will never be willing no matter who is president... Kerry came off as a typical politician full of promises and short on delivery. Empty suit.

The President was more human, more real, less scripted, resolved, confident and optimistic.

One man tells us what he thinks we want to hear and one man speaks from his heart

Standing behind a podium with his mouth open and his thumb in the air checking which way the wind is blowing.

His plan is D.O.A from the start. Doesn't he remember the Russians providing equipment to the enemy at the start of the war? How about the French SAM systems our troops found with manufacturing dates of early 2003? They've already told us they will not help us in Iraq. Hell, we had to drag them in kicking and screaming to stop another round of European Genocide in Bosnia!

He has some nerve portraying himself as a "War Expert" when his experience is nothing more than running 6 Sailors as an O-2 for three months. He infers that our current Generals with hundreds of years cumlative experience are less qualified than the falsetto war hero.
