Were LBJ, JFK, and FDR Liberals like Kerry?

Not even close to a liberal today. JFK would be about like the President today....LBJ was a little more of a do-gooder with other peoples money..... Then came along worthless Jimmy Carter who wasn't as liberal as he is today....then slick Willy who was mostly interested in getting laid while the bitch hillary ran the country and made policy. Then we come to the biggest liberal of all time....John Kerry... He is a whore to power and will do or say anything to get elected. He is truly a sorry human being...who has no moral compass and would sell his soul for power.

Kerry can run but he can't hide!

The MSM has yet to ask him about his record; and you can't tell me that know one in the audience submitted a question asking about it. Three debates and a large number of press conferences and not one question as of this morning!?

We are seeing the MSM circle their wagons to protect Kerry; I pray the President continues to point out his record - it can only help.

If labels don't apply, then are we to understand that F'n only uses *wrong*, *stubborn*, *dangerous*, *radical*, *delusional* as rhetoric?

Dubya's answers were all consistent. He knows that the majority of Americans are conservative and his base loves him for being steadfast.

Over the past few months, I have had numerous people comment to me that they don't need the media to tell them what they just saw and heard. Granted, I travel mostly in conservative circles, But people I have known while never really knowing their political views keep surprising me. Liberals are recognized and distrusted by a lot of folks, despite the 35-year inculcation. This past week, it was a 28-year-old pastor and a 48-year-old small business owner who revealed their political perceptions in conversation.

There is still a silent majority. Thank you, Lord.

It is more than the Vets. It is all of us who were deceived by Uncle Walter as he reported the news from the VVAW and communist perspective. It is all the dead Vietnamese and Cambodians as well as all the dead Americans who were murdered by the treason of Kerry, Fonda, Hayden and the rest. It is all the broken families, broken friendships, unfulfilled aspirations and theft of our birthright of pride in heritage that were affected by the lying left then and for the past 30+ years.

Welcome home and thank you.

I am likening this campaign to a typical football game between highly rated teams.

Early on Kerry moved the ball rather effectively. Scored early in the first period. (Primaries)

BUsh-Cheney seemed to have a mind set of establishing the ground game, and as most running teams do they pounded away at the Kerry defense. Moved the ball a little here and there but didn't really score a whole lot. (early summer)

Kerry tried to extend the lead, but couldn't penetrate the Bush defense, and we headed to halftime with a very close game. (Dem Convention)

However, Bush Cheney came out from the half and moved the ball with ease. The incessant pounding of the Kerry line started to take it's toll. Bush took the lead, then extended it. not a complete blowout, but probably a 2 touchdown lead as they went to the 4th quarter. (Rep convention, swifties)

Finally, the Kerry offense showed some life after a bush turnover (Debate one), and the announcers were quick to say "We have a game".

Then the Bush defense stepped up and slammed the door on the Kerry Offense (Vp debate), and we have just witnessed John Riggens going off left tackle in the Super Bowl and outrunning an exhausted Miami Defense (LAst night's debate).

Not saying this is over, But Bush cheney just extended thier lead to 2 scores with less than 5 minutes left on the clock.

Have the swifties run ads showing the Kerry honorarium in the Victory Museum in Ho Chi Min city? Or quoting the VC general who specifically credited Kerry with their victory in the war?

Where did JOHN PODHORETZ ever get the idea there was only one internet? What a silly quibble.

Yes technically Bush is correct. :-)

Mr. John Effin Kerry isn't perfect in his speech either.

My friend and I were sitting there watching the debate and he distinctly said "OGBYN" instead of OBGYN. We looked at each other and said.. did you hear what I heard?? LOL

What a mental giant!

The problem, however, is that Bush has been far stronger domestically than anyone on the left would give him credit for being. In addition, the Democrats made the mistake of choosing the most liberal senator in Congress, a point which makes Kerry quite weak on domestic issues.

Very good points.

The one thing that elitist liberals do is misunderestimate the average everyday guy & gal. A large part of their education comes from trying to survive and raise a family in the real world, not just ivy halls.
