I am led to believe Joe Stalin was a genius and Hitler was supposed to be smart. No thanks. Give me a leader of average intelligence who has a set of core beliefs and we will be o.k. Kerry was an empty vessel. Bush knew what he believed and why he believed them. That is the stuff of greatness and alway tempered by goodness.
