All that really matters is a win for our guy!
This years presidential election has been dirtier than ever. With so-called campaign finance reform, emphatically stated, a reformation would be hard to find. Instead, we have found an opening of the warped, political floodgates, allowing all kinds of distortion and deception perpetrated on the public.
Enormous monies doled out by the George Soros and his ilk, Hollywood elite and delusional musicians, this years political season has been like no other. However, if that was all Americans had to put up with, perhaps one may say, that is just politics. This year, it went far beyond politics, as we know it.
CBS commentator Dan Rather and his fraudulent memo regarding President Bush and his 30-year-old military, service history pushed the political, ethical standards to a new level. Obvious to most, but said by few, this hideous episode was an attempt to derail one candidate in favor of another through any means possible. Apparently, some concluded, if it took a lie, then so be it.
One might think that such an ugly stain upon their profession would avert others of doing the same, not so. With little consequence or outrage allowed, CBS unfortunate maneuver only emboldened another at ABC News to do much the same. Political director Mark Halperins memo addressed to ABC staff spoke of the importance of not placing both President Bush and Senator Kerry on the same playing field when evaluating their words. According to the memo, one must apply a subjective approach, whereas Kerrys distortions and deception reviewed but not judged as harshly as President Bushs errors. In Halperins view, the President needed to be held to a different standard of accountability. Again, we see that presenting honest and balanced information is not as important as cheating in hopes of getting their guy elected.
Finally, with these new incidents, liberal bias in the media will no longer be a question or something to deny, but for many, something to strive for without apology. How nice for John F. Kerry. Just think, when he accuses the president of owning a timber company in hopes of making points with environmentalist, he doesnt have to worry if any one will ask for facts. When he makes a political promise concerning taxes, he doesnt have to worry about showing how he will keep it. In addition, when his record speaks to taxes or tort reform, he will not have to show why his almost 20 years of actions and words dont match.
If only one would be able to say, that is all we will have to deal with this election season. Sadly, many understand that not only is voter fraud an enormous worry, but all the tricks our newly embolden news commentators and stations have to call the election, as they desire, brings more unrest.
Winning at all cost, appears to be what this election season is all about for many of the liberal persuasion, believing trust should be viewed as only a nuance, not an absolute.
Of course Kerry must win. The liberal journalists have invested most of their lives cultivating that garden and it would be tragic to have to talk to even more conservatives.
Their livelihood does depend on it. Sad, but so true.
All that matters is that Kerry wins! (Vanity) ^...
....Kerry WILL begin a DNC......military 'DRAFT' and everything the DNC says,....to 'create' jobs.
Hitler's (DNC) did the same thing!
(No church bells to ring?.......'Winston' and British '1984' Empire Rules....?)
..................................'V'.........................draft!

There's more at work here than just a longstanding bias
coming out of the closet.
These legacy news orgs are also in financial trouble.
The print papers are losing paying subscribers,
and are resorting to falsely inflating circulation
numbers in an attempt to retain advertisers. The
legacy TV nets are losing share to Fox.
If Kerry wins, the legacy media expect him to save
their sorry butts by eliminating the competition and
restoring the old order of things::
1. Going after Fox / Rupert Murdoch
2. Shutting down talk radio
3. Censoring the internet
Even without the business concerns, these outlets
would be supporting Kerry. Expect them to get more
blatent about their bias as we near the election.

Boy, do I agree with you. If they get away with this election by way of fraud, nothing will stop them.
I believe that this is a war between good and evil. I also believe that GWB has goodness on his side. Evil will not prevail.
I remember about a year ago, many Democrats saying that if a Democat didn't win the presidential election, that would be the end of their party. I wonder if they still feel that way.
I think that Democrats will always be with us. They may not be the party they are today, but there are too many that have the view that absolutes are not important. Until the day comes that many return to a foundation of truth, liberals will be with us.
Good post.
Sure we need Kerry.
Would someone tell me that if he raises the tax on the rich will us poor folks have to pay as the rich own most everything and contol the prices on about every thing we buy? So the rich just add the tax to products we buy, like grocerys?
Socialism is the ultimate goal of the left. One thing we know, they always have their hand out.
No, generally the rich get rich by offering lower prices than their competition.
I guess now, with Kerry's latest description of the terrorist, trust should be viewed as only a nuisance.
I tried to use that logic with my Democrat father yesterday...he said if skerry gets elected, we would get a cost of living raise, and that means we would have more money to spend, and that means the economy would get better...I said How are the businesses suppose to recoup some of their losses from having to pay higher wages? They will have to raise the cost of their services or the products!! He argued that businesses wouldn't recoup like that...we would have more money to spend and that would make up the difference.
Man...is he lost or what?
Frustrating. It is so hard to debate with those on the left. Facts are of little concern. I will pray that somehow your dad will see the light before election day.
I appreciate the prayers, but I think he will probably remain clueless!!! He has been that way for so long, he seems to be a lost cause!
