P&G ACTIVELY RECRUITS THOSE WHO PRACTICE HOMOSEXUAL BEHAVIOR TO BECOME EMPLOYEES
Procter & Gamble actively seeks out individuals who practice the abnormal and destructive homosexual lifestyle to come to work for the company. It is the only group P&G seeks to employ based on their behavior. P&G recruits from this group because they practice the homosexual lifestyle.
The company is currently running a promotion on the homosexual website GAYWORK.COM seeking employees whose sole distinguishing characteristic is sex with same-sex partners.
In addition, P&G is a major sponsor of Out & Equal, an organization that bills itself as one that "offers LGBT (lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgendered) diversity training to companies that want to delve deeper into the special workplace issues faced by LGBT employees."
What kind of diversity training are P&G employees forced to attend? Here is a note from a P&G employee recently sent to us. "I'm a P&G employee at their (city) plant. I had to go to the captive audience Diversity class. The movie on homosexuals was very offensive to Christians. It showed a man in a collar (Catholic priest?) saying 'there is nothing in the Bible which says that homosexuality is wrong.'"
Why would P&G actively recruit those who engage in homosexual sex and force employees to attend a class that presents those who oppose the homosexual lifestyle in a negative light? Because P&G is committed to promoting the homosexual agenda.
In Cincinnati, Procter & Gamble is aggressively leading the fight to repeal a law that forbids giving special rights to homosexuals. P&G has given $10,000 to the political campaign to repeal the law. Citizens to Restore Fairness, the group pushing for special rights for homosexuals, is chaired by Gary Wright, an employee of P&G given a leave of absence to head the campaign. He is also a leader of P&G's corporate homosexual group GABLE/P&G.
P&G has thrown their full corporate weight behind the campaign to give special rights to homosexuals.
While P&G puts forth their best effort and money to get the law favoring homosexuals passed, they refuse to support the Ohio Marriage Protection Amendment which defines marriage as being between one man and one woman or to make a donation to the cause.
We encourage you to take the action steps listed below. Then forward this information to others on your email list. We need your help to get the word out on this unfortunate situation.
American Family Association is asking individuals to:
(1) Boycott three products of P&G Crest toothpaste, Tide detergent, and Pampers diapers. (Many are boycotting all their products, which we encourage. Click here for a complete list of P&G products or look on the back of the product.)
(2) Call Chairman A.G. Lafley at 513-983-1100 and politely let him know that you are participating in the boycott and will ask others to do the same.
(3) Register your support for the boycott.
(4) Please forward this to your friends and family. They will have to see it to believe it, also.
(5) Print out and distribute the boycott Crest, Tide and Pampers petition.
American Family Association
We have to get back to the place we were,
where liberals are not the focus of our lives,
but they're a nuisance.
In a related story P&G files to change it's corporate name to S&M.
Liberalism is a degenerate disease of the mind.
Just a question, how long does one have to practice before he/she becomes good at it?
"Liberalism is a degenerate disease of the mind."
You sure have that one right.
So hoiw exactly does P&G differ fcrom say Ford Motor Co., which requires its employees to earn "diversity points" by doing such things as participating in "gay pride day" parades and "other activities"??
Those of us with sheep as partners are NOT made to feel welcome !
it's sarcasm, dangit!
Just another good reason to boycott Ford.

Daily?
It's getting to the point where I have to make a list and keep it on the refrigerator to keep track of all the companies I need to boycott.
I have no prblem with Ford, as they are not my favorite vehicle company. I will be much more careful in my shopping to see if I am purchasing P & G items. Thanks for the heads up.
It part of a plan to reduce the pension liabilities and lower health care costs. Gay people don't have children who need healthcare, and people with AIDS don't live long enough to draw a pension. It's a win win.
P&G is going to be hard to boycott because they produce so much! But, I think it's worth a try.
I went to both the Out & Equal and Gaywork sites, and found nothing on either that meets the description in this post. The only reference to Proctor and Gamble on the Gaywork site was a company profile. I found nothing on the Out & Equal site.
We can't just accept the word of a website on these issues. There has to be something to back it up, and I could not find anything to back this post up.
Sorry, but there have been so many bogus stories out about this company that it's worth checking closely on stories like this one.
Until there's some evidence I can see, I don't trust this.
I thought P&G was into satanism. Sometimes I think these rumors are started by Colgate-Palmolive.
Sickness.
"I thought P&G was into satanism. Sometimes I think these rumors are started by Colgate-Palmolive."
That false story was spread around the net in emails, too. That's what makes me suspicious about this story. It could be true, of course. But I did fact-checking on it and could find nothing to support the two main facts in the story, that P&G was conducting some sort of recruiting drive on GAYWORK.COM, or that it was a major sponsor of the other site.
This may well be another bogus story. I hope we can find out and, if it is bogus, stop spreading rumors.
Free Republic had better be careful on this, and whoever started this thread had better be careful. P & G sued over the lies about them being involved in Satanism..., and WON.
We need to verify that the website actually contains this info.
Ya got a link for this story? No? Then how can you expect FReepers to have any confidence in it? NEED A LINK!
This is a bunch of bunk. Shame.
The constant attempts to trash an American corporation over any number of stupid claims is ridiculous and affects our economy.
Many people - me included - are stockholders of this company.
Just why would a huge worldwide corporation set about a program to recruit gays? They should be about recruiting all good employees no matter the race, sex preference, gender. The whole world does not revolve around someone's sex activities.
I don't believe this for a minute. They are in the business of selling soap and other products worldwide. They are attempting to make their company successful.
Somebody here has a vendetta against P&G, somebody here needs to get over the hatemongering. Remember, there are many retirement funds invested in this stock because it is a fabulous stock.
Not many corporations operate so effectively that a laborer for their company after investing for all their years at P&G retires with stock that makes him a millionaire. That has happened often at P&G.
I just sent in my resume' and told them I listened to Ricky Martin and watched Bravo religiously.
I bet I'll get an interview now.
Homosexual Agenda Ping - Gotta get this one out right now - The American Family Association sends me alerts, anyone who doesn't get them ought to think about about signing up with them. They're good.
And anyone who thinks Proctor & Gamble is not actively pro-homosexual should carefully read this article and a couple of others about them.
If we buy their products, we're helping support the "gay" agenda.
Let me and Scripter know if anyone wants on/off this pinglist.
There you go again, muddying other peoples' breathless crusades with facts.
I'll see if I can find anything to back up this article;
here's a link to the "GayWork" site:
http://www.gaywork.com/page.cfm?sectionid=1&typeofsite=directory-detail&id=343
and a quote from P&G:
"Diversity
Procter & Gamble is deeply committed to diversity in all aspects of recruiting, development, and promotion."
P&G as well as most other Fortune 500s are a cross section of society - and as such, they are dominated by liberal, burned out hippie, Baby Boomers with LSD remnents and Political Correctness induced damage affecting their brains. From the mailroom to the boardroom, the diseased are in force (e.g. liberalism is a mental illness).
Well I sure as heck dont drive a Ford! Or rent one either!
To be fair to both sides in this debate, you have a point, however, if P & G are like most Fortune 500s, then long ago, high status, well educated gays got into upper management and the board room, and have subtly steered things in their direction. You need to prove to yourself, and to those who started this thread, that P & G are any *different* from most other Fortune 500s. If they are no different, then they are probably doing more than any true Conservative would be comfortable with, in terms of kowtowing to those who are in opposition to traditional values.
"and a quote from P&G:
"Diversity
Procter & Gamble is deeply committed to diversity in all aspects of recruiting, development, and promotion."
"
There is nothing in their company profile on that site that even mentions homosexuality or even sexual orientation in their diversity statement.
Certainly nothing like the post said.
Old News...P&G has long since promoted perversion. Too bad they manufacture half the products we need to exist without burden. Clearly they hold the hand of the dark side.
"We need to verify that the website actually contains this info.
"
I went to both websites mentioned in the post. Neither had anything resembling these accusations. The only mention of Proctor and Gamble on the GAYWORK site is a company profile, where the company makes a generic diversity statement, never mentioning sexual orientation or homosexuals.
I couldn't find anything on the other site at all about P&G.
This post reflects, I believe, false information about this company. While P&G, no doubt, hires homosexuals, that puts it on a par with virtually every other corporation in America.
I smell a hoax, and it appears that the AFA has been taken in by false information. Sad.
Here is a list of P&G homo-support activities from the AFA:
(Is this enough, O Modernman and Mineralman - btw, are you really two different people?)
A Short Track Record On P&G's Promotion of Homosexuality
Procter & Gamble created and ran an ad that showed two men (in fuzzy focus at top center of the ad) in bed after an apparent sexual encounter. The ad leaves the impression that homosexual sex is normal, thrilling and exciting, and was run in a homosexual publication called Xtra. See the ad at http://www.pgboycott.com/pgcommercialcloset.pdf
P&G recently wrote to their Cincinnati employees urging them to support the repeal of a city law that forbids giving special rights to homosexuals. In 1993, the citizens in Cincinnati adopted the law by a vote of 62% to 38%. P&G is now working to get that law repealed and has given $10,000 toward that goal.

http://www.pgboycott.com/pgcontributions.pdf
P&G regularly supports pro-homosexual media with advertising. According to the pro-homosexual Internet news site 365Gay.com, "Procter & Gamble has been a long time supporter of the gay community. It has one of the strongest workplace equality policies among American companies and is a frequent advertiser in the LGBT media, including 365Gay.com"
At the request of homosexual activist groups, P&G dropped advertising support for television talk show host, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, because of her politically incorrect view that homosexuality is wrong. http://davidsisler.com/06-10-2000.htm
Procter & Gamble is a major corporate sponsor of the annual Cincinnati Pride (homosexual) event celebrating homosexuality. http://www.cincypride.com
P&G has given $10,000 to Citizens to Restore Fairness, a political homosexual activist group. The co-leader of the campaign is a P&G corporate executive. http://www.pgboycott.com/PGContributions.pdf
P&G supports an employee network group called GABLE (Gay and Bi-Sexual, Lesbian Employees of Procter & Gamble).
P&G's benefits program includes domestic partnership benefits for same-sex partners. Andrea Adkins of Dayton, a P&G employee for over 20 years, said that the companys decision to offer domestic partner benefits will be a "very influential for other large typically conservative companies. People do look to Procter & Gamble as an example," Adkins said. http://www.pg.com/canada/diversit.htm
P&G sponsors the annual Out & Equal Workplace Advocates workplace summits. Out and Equal is a homosexual advocacy organization promoting homosexuality in major companies. http://www.outandequal.org/pdf/2003-06.pdf
P&G was named by PlanetOut as a top 20 company to work for based on their pro-homosexual support and benefits. http://www.planetout.com/pno/money/article.html?sernum=308
WARNING: This site contains photos that depict homosexual physical contact.
In 2004, the Human Rights Campaign gave P&G a score of 86 percent in a Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The CEI rates large American businesses on how they are treating gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers and investors. Click Here
"This article is posted FYI. I did not write it.
If you are concerned that it is incorrect, then research it and post what you find. I have found the AFA to be very reliable and accurate, even if I do not agree with every single position they take"
"P&G has a very good record of community involvement and family values. I can with confidence submit that this is a false accusation to slander P&G."
The United States has a very good record of community involvement and family values. I can say with confidence that anyone who claims the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that sodomy is a protected behavior under the constitution is guilty of slander. </sarcasm>
By your own admission ("I am not connected with the P&G company") you cannot be certain these claims are untrue.
Of course your comment on stopping Kerry-Edwards gives your post some redeeming value. That is top priority right now.
I was thinking the same thing. But my guess is that it's mainly ideological.
"Sensitivity training" goes on all the time in big companies. It's a brainwashing technique.
I already don't buy any of their products and I don't suffer at all from their absence. There are other companies and it's amazing what you can do without or substitute.
It also doesn't translate into automatically disregarding claims about P&G's promotion of homosexuality.
P&G has been promoting homosexuality for over a decade: Just go to books like THE 100 BEST COMPANIES FOR GAY MEN AND LESBIANS, (Pocket Books, 1994), and there'll you see P&G on p. 210. Granted, P&G barely made that list, and there are hundreds of other companies that have done more to promote homosexuality.
All you need to do is do Google searches + visit the one site the AFA set up that has direct links evidencing P&G's involvement (http://www.pgboycott.com/promotion.asp) and you can see that P&G's employees are prominent gay activists in the Cincinnati area (especially two of THE most prominent activists). The Gay Financial Network has an article ("Commercial Closet: P&G Shoots for Gay Vanity") www.gfn.com/family/story.phtml?sid=8205 that talks about P&G specific marketing to the homosexual community.
Again, visit the AFA documents P&G's involvement at: http://www.pgboycott.com/promotion.asp, lest you be guilty of simply sharing "collective ignorance."
Specifically the AFA says P&G:
Is a major corporate sponsor of the annual Cincinnati Pride (homosexual) event celebrating homosexuality.
Has given $10,000 to Citizens to Restore Fairness, a political homosexual activist group. The co-leader of the campaing is a P&G corporate executive (see http://www.pgboycott.com/PGContributions.pdf)
P&G supports an employee network called GABLE (Gay and Bisexual, Lesbian Employees of Procter & Gamble).
P&G offers domestic partnership benefits.
P&G sponsors the annual "Out & Equal Workplace Advocates" workplace summits. See http://www.outandequal.org/pages/newsletter/2003-06.pdf
P&G was named by PlanetOut as a top 20 company to work for based on their pro-homosexual support and benefits. See Planet Out [AFA gives the specific web address].
In 2004, the Human Rights Campaign gave P&G a score of 86% in a Corporate Equality Index.
P&G supports the Gay and Lesbian media networks by advertising in them, and dropped its advertising from Dr. Laura's TV program.
Read my post #30. The evidence is overwhelming. My question would be, why do you denounce clear evidence of homosexual promotion by P&G?
i guess i don't want to know what their pre employment test might be...
Ford gives points for taking part in parades? I've never heard of anything like that.
Look, no matter how much you hate gays - they are people, they are Americans, they have bills to pay, they have to work to support themselves.
Give it a break.
This is a witch-hunt and I am really surprised that FR members would be participating in a boycott because a company chooses to hire a gay same as a heterosexual.
If you want to play these little games - go ahead. However, I feel we should be putting our efforts against the democrats.
"I have already done that. As I said earlier, I could find nothing on either of the sites that bore any resemblance to the information in the post. This smells of hoax to me. The AFA may well be a fine organization, but I do believe they have erred in this story. You can go to the sites, yourself. You'll find what I found: nothing resembling the accusations in this post."
You are right. The article came from an email I received. Some of the links were removed. Here is the closest thing I could find to the original:
http://www.pgboycott.com/promotion.asp
I just spoke to a longtime Ford employee who said she had never heard of earning points for participating in anything that promoted the gay agenda.
I do know that they are proponents of "diversity", and that they also advocate community service programs (helping Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, etc.). I'm a former employee and know many who still work there, and have never heard of Ford giving points for any type of program that would advance the gay lifestyle.
I think we should start a "Stoopid Boycott" ping list. :)
