One thing you can be certain of is; that whatever game he is playing, he is trying to do something to harm Bush and/or harm the nations security.
You can be 100% certain, that if he was given top secret information which if revealed would put thousands of soldiers lives at risk but if revealed would also hurt Bush he would reveal it in a heartbeat.

He is certifiable kool-aid drinking a Noam Chomsky acolyte

He is the kind of person who believes 9-11 was payback for the evil America has inflicted on the world.

Mark Dayton makes Pat Leahy look like a patriot, If Michael Moore was a Senator he would be Mark Dayton.
He has publicly expressed hate and venom for Christians.

During the Senate hearings about Abu Grave prison he treated the General who appeared with Rumsfield worse than I have ever seen a witness treated at a Senate hearing, it was disgusting and over the top. He accused him of undermining the constitution be requesting that CBS delay the story to protect hostages. He is also was the primary person pushing the idea that if Bush and the Military were not so incompetent they could have easily shot down the plane which hit the Pentagon

Keep in mind that Senator Dayton's daddy is a confounder of the Dayton-Hudson-Target retail empire and couldn't find a job which the kid could handle. Thus, he became a professional at running for office. He developed high name recognition with the family bankroll and losing elections. As was bound to happen, sooner or later, he got lucky with (a)the opposition putting up a poor candidate or (b)a convenient scandal and gradually rose through the ranks.

In 2000, the incumbent Rod Grams was a great senator, but had a delinquent son who couldn't manage his zipper and got caught in a motel room with an under-aged bimbo just before election time. As a result, the voters awarded Dayton the senate seat.

He's got to be the dumbest male in the U.S. Senate. Thanks to Patty Murray and Barbara Boxer, he's only the third dumbest person.

Flee Washington! The election is about to hit

Posted by Jan on October 12, 2004 @ 3:06PM

The American Prospect has posted a blog about the sudden departure of Minnesota Republican Senator Mark Dayton who closed his office on the hill because of his concern about a possible terrorist attack. Here's a bit from Dayton's press statement:

Recently, the Senate Majority Leader, Bill Frist, presented us with a top-secret Intelligence Report on our national security. Obviously, that document's top-secret classification prevents me from discussing its contents. However, based upon that information, I have decided to close my office in the Russell Senate Office Building until after the upcoming election. I will move part of its operations to my office in the Fort Snelling Federal Building in Minnesota and other parts to Senate office space available off of Capitol Hill.

I do so out of extreme, but necessary, precaution to protect the lives and safety of my Senate staff and my Minnesota constituents, who might otherwise visit my office in the next few weeks. I feel compelled to do so, because I will not be here in Washington to share in what I consider to be an unacceptably greater risk to their safety.

Republican Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist in response to this has basically said that he doesn't know what Dayton is talking about. But there's something here that smacks of the outcome of three years of building a culture of fear in Washington. Washington's fear broadcasts to the rest of the country has the side-effect of making the poiliticians flee -- could it be that it's a subconscious prescience that the Republicans are going to be voted out on November 2?

Probably that was written by one of his "people". Unless you're a big DFL contributer, he doesn't get within a mile of his EMail. Probably afraid of antrax contamination from his monitor.

So was the threat against ONLY Dayton??? Why aren't the other Senators dispersing their staff? Someone needs to askDayton if it was just against HIM.

He must have French blood running through his veins. If he were my senator I would be embarrassed. That he is a senator is embarrassing. Oh that's right--John Kerry's a senator and he is an embarrassment too. Is it something about the senate?

Mark Dayton is a Left Wing Nutball that drank deeply from the Kool-Aid ladle.

He is as big of a KOOK Lefty as Paul Wellstone was,But he isn't as much of a Camera Hog as Wellstone was.

The effort to unseat Sen. Mark Dayton starts on Nov. 3rd.

This State has been trending Republican lately,Let's hope it continues.

There is always software available to recover deleted items! You can still have your fun before the election if you will invest a few dollars in the software!
