If they're in or around Arizona, I'd be a little concerned about safety at tomorrow's debates.

Like we have lists of names of every dangerous Chechen??

This had better be an incorrect report, or one due to be quickly followed by headlines announcing the Chechens' arrest. This has been my biggest fear: If something of the sort results in an attack, especially a Beslan-style atrocity, it will cost Bush the election.

sure, Kerry is going to seal the border. In fact, we couldn't seal that border to stop a team of 25 people hiking across - with the entire US military.

put it this way, if something bad does happen, watch how fast some senator like Chuck Schumer calls for building a 50' containment wall along the Mexican border.

The hypos here are not pleasant. If this done turn out to be true and an attack occurs we may finally see something done about border security. That's what it will take.

It seems both parties are unable to deal with the border effectively. They're able. They don't want to. People profit from this and recycle a percentage into campaign contributions.

Sad but if something bad happens it will be what it finally took for the govt. to step up and do something.
If nothing more than a rumor it should be the impetus for us to tell vincent Fox to go screw himself and while we are at it, tell the damn Mexican/immigration lobby to go to hell as well.
WHAT PRICE DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR SHUTTING THE DAMN BORDER?

The OPEN-BORDER POLICY OF WASHINGTON is out of control, as is Washington. It is still a mystery why 9/11 was not enough rationale TO SHUT THE BORDERS OF THIS COUNTRY DOWN. It would take alot of money and people, but is another 9/11 worth it??? When will this country GET SERIOUS ABOUT OUR OPEN BORDERS??? THE INS SHOULD BE BEEFED UP, WITH MILITARY FORCE IF NECESSARY TO LOCK THIS COUNTRY UP TO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY. And put in place major legal consequences for those that continue to break our laws of entry.
