Adam Smith knew tax cuts spur economic growth. Kerry knows this too. Or is he just wrong "in the way [he] talks about it?"

Meanwhile
The Economist has an article "The dismal science bites back" which purports to show that most academic economists give Bush "bad" or "very bad" ratings.
Most of them are against the tax cuts and favor Kerry's idea of rolling back tax cuts for people with incomes over $200,000.

But he will make lame beggars walk, and blind men see. To hell with economics; my mother is blind and in a wheelchair.

If Bush does not mention tonight that the new Nobel Prize winner, Dr. Prescott, who also happens to teach in Arizona, agrees with his economic policies and opposes Kerry's, I will SCREAM.

In an informal poll of 100 academics, conducted by The Economist, Mr Bush's policies win low marks. More than 70% of the 56 professors who responded to our survey rate Mr Bush's first-term economic policies as bad or very bad.
Must more than half those polled responded! Seems to me ardent critics were probably self-selected respondents.

Expect this to get NO mention whatsoever in the mainstream media, like a similar report received, one which was drawn up by a group of leftist Noble economists criticizing Bush's policies.

Unlike Mondale, however, Kerry will wait until after the election to reveal all of the tax increases that will be required to pay for his government spending promises. Exactly. Kerry's hoping to run out the clock and get elected before anyone really starts giving his proposals any scrutiny and starts demanding some answers.

Kerrynomics...We will fall into a terrible depression the likes of which have never been seen before in US history and then we will be ripe pickings for the terrorists...
Kerry means the end of the United States as we know it.

Kerry is the candidate for the needy and the greedy and they don't give a rip whether we have big government, high taxes, or huge deficits as long as they get their "stuff"!!
